Avoid this company!

Avoid this company! Order number 312987 placed 7th February - still not received. Every interaction with this company has been dismal. The company’s communications are aggressive selling. The website is not user friendly (password would not work). The live chat agent (Meril) was supremely unhelpful. I escalated my concern to customer services (Sally Hillman). I was advised that the vouchers would arrive within 15 working days - which seems very long for vouchers. After 20 working days there is still no sign of the vouchers and the company has done absolutely nothing to fix the issue.
