Membership Scam
I also made one purchase in October 2024 and just realized I have been charged $29.95 a month without my approval. The phone number on their website does not connect and no response to a submitted request for help. I had to cancel my credit card.
Ripped off by a “membership” I never signed up for!
I made one purchase two years ago and just realized that they have charged me monthly since then, for something I never signed up for, nor received anything from…. Also they changed their email address to help@aspenjewelry, not the one listed below.
THIS is a bad company!
rdTHIS is a bad company. I made 1 purchase and I have 10 fraudulent reoccurring charges that I did NOT make. 5 for $16.95, 4 for $22.95 and 1 for $29.95 I had to cancel my bank card and get a new one. I am still trying to get the funds back
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. They are a scam. I ordered some jewelry from them after they said they were 'going out of business.' A month later I was charged a monthly membership fee. The email and phone number they provide on their website to cancel this membership I never signed up for doesn't even work.
Scam!!
Scam!!! Jewelry is trash and then they charge you a monthly fee. They Don’t answer emails and don’t refund money they were not authorized to take.
Fraudulent company deducting money…

Don't trust this company
I bought a piece of jewelry and was pleased with it.
However, a short time later a charge showed up on my credit card from them that I Did Not Make.
I don't believe this company can be trusted, sadly.
Aspen Jewelry is basically a scam
Aspen Jewelry is basically a scam. Yes, I did receive the jewelry (mediocre at best), which I ordered in September 2023. They charged more than originally agreed on (apparently closing out sale), but I decided not to worry about it. You ask what the scam is! A year later, a monthly recurring 'subscription' fee started showing up on my credit card. I didn't notice it at first...I'm sure that's their game!!! I only bought the one time and didn't agree to a membership!!! Pretty sneaky...try to cancel it!!! No return emails.
They charge you a subscription hidden…
They charge you a subscription hidden away in the fine print of their terms and conditions. Poorly made jewelry that fell apart on the first use.
It’s a scam
It’s a scam! If you make a purchase DO NOT click yes on the subscribe statement on your order. If you do, you will be charged a monthly membership fee of $22.95. The jewelry I ordered was low quality but for what I paid, I didn’t expect much. However I didn’t expect to get taken by a scam either which has cost me $68. My bank alerted me to this, has since then closed my card to avoid anymore fraudulent charges and I'm waiting patiently for a new card.
RUUUNN AWAAAAYYYYY
The necklaces are cheap made... but the worst is that they will charge you 23 dolares a month without authoriatization
RUUUNN AWAAAAYYYYY
Avoid. Scam.
Avoid! Bought some jewelry online a year ago in their fake going out of business sale. They kept charging my credit card for a few months. Emailed them to stop. Reported to my bank. A year later, they started making charges to my card again, under a slightly different business name. Again reported to my bank. Had to get a new card to avoid more of their fraudulent charges. Meanwhile, they are still selling and claiming to be having a going out of business sale. Scam.

Repeatedly I've asked these people/this company to stop taking a kinda subscription fee, plus the over £1 non gbp fees too
Complete scam
Complete scam. I place one order and received it. They then continued to charged me monthly. They will not respond to my messages and now they have taken down their site on fb. My bank had to cancel my debit card.

Another scam on Instagram
The ad about 6 months ago poised a woman was closing out her business to be with her children. I ordered 6 items. 2 never came and when I emailed their customer service, I was promised a credit card refund 2 months ago for the two missing items (beaded bracelets) - NOTHING was refunded or replaced. All The items are very cheap stainless steel and if you are ok only getting some of what you pay for, then this is your company. If you are ok being lied to, this is your company.
Cheap crap and SCAM you when…
Cheap crap jewelry and SCAM you when you subscribe for newsletters and emails as they will take money from your account monthly then ignore your request for a refund and cancelation and then TAKE MORE MONEY. And actually have the nerve to fight the dispute when the bank reaches out for the refund. They must hide it in there extremely lengthy terms and conditions, I couldn't even find the agreement to pay monthly when I was LOOKING FOR IT. Unbelievablely shady.
Scammed out of more money following a purchase
I ordered a discounted ring. I received this but a few weeks later the company has taken more money from my card (over $23). Do not trust them. The items are heavily discounted and I do not know if they will attempt to take more money from me. It seems that I may have fallen for a scam purchase. Don’t do the same as me.
