no response after you place an order and they debit your credit card. support email address in the link of the email is bogus. no responses to the support option on their website. this site is a scam, do not buy anything from them.
As many will say…I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I have emailed with no response. Do not place any orders from this business! It is a scam! I ordered 3 cleaners and not even one worked…not even one! I have emailed twice with no response and from what I have read in other write ups is exactly the same. Not sure how this business has been allowed to continue doing business.

This is a scam. Units are very cheap and don't function properly. Customer Service does not respond. Lots of sketchy email addresses. Avoid.

Ordered a cleanser over a week ago and I still haven't recieved anything. My tracking link is broken and they haven't replied on any of the emails I send the last 2 days. I seriously doubt I'll ever get my package or a reply from them.
I did get an sms from a random number asking me to pay for the freight through a sketchy link, but I'm not sure if this is related to this or if it's just your general scam message and unlucky timing, because I paid for the freight when I placed my order.
Either way I would NOT buy from this company again and don't recommend others to.
Cleanser they are selling is not ultrasonic, low quality and terribly overpriced. Absolutely no communication, no response to my emails. Avoid it.
