Breach of guidelines
My experience at Asli Tarcan
Everything was 10 out of 10 muhsin was my medical consultant. He did everything he could to make sure the surgery and the hair transplant went well and smooth. Any questions I’ve had either he would answer it or have an educated doctor answer it. I recommend anyone that wants a hair transplant to come to Asli Tarcan. They will take very good care of you and treat you like family and not just a patient.

This clinic has been about to ruin my life. I'm still recovering from the sock, they don't have protocols, a doctor tells you one thing and another tells you another, my medical consultant didn't even remember when they operated on me, I had to be repeating it, the doctors who put me didn't seemed to have enough experience and still left them alone operating. A truly professional clinic is one where you feel comfortable and confident from the very first conversation—and that’s exactly the experience I had with Asli Tarcan Clinic. From my first call with Mr. Muhammed, I immediately felt assured that this was the right place for my hair transplant procedure. This decision was also reinforced by the many positive reviews I had read beforehand.
When I arrived at the clinic, the level of care and attention I received exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort. For example, during the administration of anesthesia, my heart rate increased slightly, and the team immediately paused everything, prioritizing my well-being until I felt completely calm again. This small detail alone reflects just how professional and attentive they are.
The procedure itself was smooth and painless, and I experienced no headaches or discomfort afterward. I am truly grateful to Asli Tarcan Clinic and especially to Mr. Muhammed for his dedication and ongoing support—he has been following up with me even now, 9 days after the surgery.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Also, my medical advisor. Mason was a great advisor. He was very accommodating from the time I arrived until the time I left the clinic. I definitely recommend this place for any kind of hair transplant or any other. Any other aesthetic treatments. I did the DHI method and had 5000 garfts implanted.

Experience was fantastic
Experience was fantastic, from the moment i started speaking to Asli Tarcan through WhatsApp they were very responsive and answered any question. Once booked and once arrived into Turkey you get picked up from the airport and taken to your hotel, all travel involving the airport, hotel and clinic is covered by them which puts you at ease as it’s not everyday you travel overseas to have a procedure done. Throughout my time in the clinic the staff were very attentive to me and ensured at all times I was comfortable. Overall they were lovely and are at hand post op every single day to answer any questions

Asking for medical records and I have been completely ignored
So the transplanted area is ok, it has been 4 months and my donor area has visible scarring from the procedure, it will never look good cut short. I have asked for my medical certificate to see how many grafts were taken but they ignore my messages on WhatsApp. So in terms of customer support I’d say it has been quite poor which is upsetting. I had high hopes for this clinic.

I was bullied into paying twice the original stated price .im a pensioner on a limited budget. They had me empty my bank and purse . The hair transplant procedure itself was satisfactory, and the staff were very professional in their technical execution. However, there were significant issues that detracted from the overall experience.
One of the major concerns was the lack of privacy during the procedure. It felt like anyone could come in and record without permission, which was quite uncomfortable. The clinic seemed overly focused on promoting their services, frequently recording every moment, even after expressing discomfort and requesting them to stop. This relentless promotion felt intrusive and disrespectful to personal boundaries.
Another disappointing aspect was the aggressive push to purchase additional products. It seemed like the staff were more interested in upselling unnecessary products rather than focusing on patient care. This approach felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine concern for the patient’s well-being.
Additionally, the translators provided didn’t offer much help. Communication was unclear, and I often felt left in the dark about what was happening during the procedure. Better communication and transparency would have greatly improved the experience.
