How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
This is a scam
This is a scam - you are baited with a web site that invites you to ask a doctor a question for $1, supposedly, no strings attached. They do this to get your credit card/debit card info. You do get an answer and it seems legit (email answer). But weeks later, they begin nefariously billing your credit card - and they keep billing it monthly for $40 or some random fee, until you notice and cancel your card. If you call or live chat with them, as soon as you say "refund" they disconnect. They claim on their site a Trustpilot rating of 9.5* out of 10*
This company has taken a payment from…
This company has taken a payment from my account every month. Luckily I have noticed and contacted my bank. I didn't realise I had signed up for something I didn't ask for. I only enquired for my mother who was ill and I paid then, but they kept taking money. Ruthless scam..
Doesn't appear to be a 0 stars option
Doesn't appear to be a 0 stars option. Appear to have signed up to something without realising. Judging by other reviews, I'm not alone! Contacting my bank today. Contact your MP guys, unless they are lining their pockets with this scam,
Do not give your money to them!
Scam! Took money and not helpful at all! Very difficult to cancel subscription. AVOID!!!!!!

I don’t even want to give them one star. It’s a scam. They are thieves.
These criminals charged my card without…
These criminals charged my card without my knowledge. I was dealing with a personal crisis, so couldn't focus on balancing out every month...just realized I have lost over $900 in over a year. My bank being a bank will only investigate and try to dispute it for the last 4 months. Absolutely hopeless process, where you just keep getting tossed from one robotic agent to another!
These people are total con artists
These people are total con artists. First of all they intercepted a website given to me by a reputable doctors office that was under staffed. Then were not able to even think about answering my question and charged me full price. I "tried" to contact them for a refund and they did not respond. I would pay again just to get the home address of the owner of this con.
thieving cheating company
These useless people trick you into signing membership for free trial for 3 days and if you don't cancel they charge you monthly.
they prey on the sick and are thieving loads of people
One time service and now paying the price. Never again!
I used this service once late at night when I had extreme stomach issues. They never really helped me and then auto signed me up from a recurring charge I never authorized. It was s $50 to just chat online. Scam!!! Trying to cancel before I get charged again $50 for a service I don't even use or have any contact with every money. What a SCAM!! Beware and don't even sign on.
How do you cancel the membership
How do you cancel the membership, there’s no number to call or even contact. They signed me up for a membership I didn’t approve for
Tricksters
Was signed up AUTOMATICALLY to pay £38 a month. Was only aware of this after 6 months. No emails or text messages stating the payment. Disgusting tactics.
I was happy with initial service but the management are tricking the customers and will eventually lose the good work of the doctors.
No morals.
Had been charged 75 dollars for…
Had been charged 75 dollars for membership although I didn't ask for that at all!!!! And when I spoke to them they informed me that it is non refundable
I called 3 months ago as my…
I called 3 months ago as my granddaughter was sick. This was my first time calling and will be my last. I used my debit card to pay $2. I waited 45 minutes on the phone. No response. I just found out today for 3 months $66 has been coming out of my account from Ask a Doctor. I called the bank. Guys do not use this company. They are scanners, I will find a way to report this company. Please check your accounts. Do not use this company. U pay $2 to ask a doctor and they continue to take $ out of my account and I did not speak to them. FRAUD SCAMERS, LIARS, CROOKS. SNAKES A HOLES. Do not use this company.
They are thieves!!!!
They are thieves!!!!
I have been charged for monthly payment without knowing it!!!!!!
They said it is their policy and no refund will be given. As I was trying to express my thoughts about the great doctors and how bad the management is, the lady stopped our chat.
I have lost 43euros, they are thieves.
I should have received a welcome email so I knew I had confirmed my membership.
Nothing, they take the money monthly saying you have agreed!!!!!
Roger... VERY bad experience... got taken advantage of...
Rate your recent experience... I have to give at least one star to tell more about my experience. On November 24, 2022 I was not feeling good and called my doctor. His office could not see me, They suggested I go online for Rocket Doctor.ca. I did and I got suckered. I agreed to pay $2 to ask a question. I explained what I had and I was told to see my family physician. I was then charged $79 on the same day. Received the credit card statement and noticed the charge. I called cc and was told they could not reverse the charges as this was a subscription. On December 30, 2022, I called the number on my statement 800-240-1371. The call was answered in the Phillipines. The amount of BS was incredible. They even told me they could see the email where I had agreed to the suscription. I asked they send me the email and I never received it. They also told me the doctor was in Florida. Ya right... This is a SCAM. Rate your experience... -10 and not stars... I wish there was a way to go after these people... Roger.
Disgusting Scammers
Spoke with the online chat worker and was told there would be a refundable £5 charge to talk with a doctor. Didn't have any issue with that, a week later I was charged £38. Found out that they automatically subscribe you to a membership after 3 days. Tried to get a refund and they say it clearly states that when you give the card details so its a valid transaction. It didn’t stand out to me, also when your sick, struggling and desperate for help why are you going to go through terms and conditions if you’ve been told prior its a £5 charge. They purposefully don’t tell you the rest so they can get you to pay it. Scammers.
A bunch of con-artists who stealthily…
A bunch of con-artists who stealthily take money out of year each month, when you you are told you are paying for a one-off service. Avoid these cowboy, con-artist scum like the plague.
This is total fraud
This is total fraud. I have no idea how they even exist with a US address. They say $3 for an online answer. Then "sign you up" for membership...and charge you $60 a month without notification forever. They got 5 months out of me before I caught it on my credit card statement. I cancelled my card and called for a refund. The rep said "best I can do is refund the last 90 days". In short, their business model is based on the assumption that people will not check their credit card statements. At no time did they say you are automatically signed up for $60 a month. Then they said something about fine print....blah blah...call it what you want, this kind of "business" has no legitimacy having an Western World address.
I authorized a 2 dollar apparently…
I authorized a 2 dollar apparently refundable payment on my credit card. They took 66 with no permission and that was without an answer. It's a big scam
It is a scam, without my consent they withdrew money
It is a scam, they withdrew money without my authorization, first 5 pound to be refunded and than I saw in my avvount extra 38 was withdrawn.
