Ask Council: a second opinion before you act
Ask Council is our own feature, and it is the reason most of our users stay. You ask one question, several leading AI models answer it at the same time, and you see their answers brought together into one clear response, with the places where they agree and the places where they disagree marked out. Where they all agree, you can act on it. Where they split, the call is yours.
We are deliberately modest about what this is. It is a second opinion, not an authority: AI can be wrong, and anything that matters is worth checking. That is exactly why seeing several models next to each other is more useful than trusting one.

I was trying to sign up for a premium chatGPT…
I was trying to sign up for a premium chatGPT account and this company pops up. Unfortunately, not paying attention as one should, I signed up for a one year plan. I , at this point, don't even have an account with these people. Yet, they not only took the $79 payment, the very next screen that popped up was yet another attempt to get my to sign up for a recurring $20/month and there were no options provided for opting out. This looking very suspicious made me realize that I had made a mistake. I immediately emailed their "support" about getting a refund and they very quickly replied that THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND!!!!! No refund, even though I don't even have an account with them and all this occurred because of the way they position themselves on Google when one searches for an upgrade to chatGPT. This is nothing but a scam. If this was a legitimate company with normal principals, why would they refuse to issue a refund, when they are informed (within minutes) that the sign up was in error, no account has been created and none of their content/services will ever be used. So, BUYER BEWARE and don't get scammed.

DO NOT BUY. They billled me 3 times in one day $19 then $29 then $129.
I cancelled the subscription of $19 because I got it by mistakenly thinking it was CHAT GPT but they stole the rest of my money.
When I contacted them they said it was over 30 days and couldn’t refund me.
Watch out, they take money unauthorized if you sign up to a cheaper plan!!!

Price for 1 month is not what it seems
I think transparency around pricing and what you are getting is poor for this website.
I signed up for a months access for £14.99 to check out the AI image generator capability of this website. This was after a google search and I was unaware that the transaction was via a 3rd party provider call 'A-Players Tech' who are based in Cyprus (only clear once studying my PayPal account).
I generated about 25 images just playing around in one day before being informed I had used all of my 'credits'. That was 36 out of 2000 available credits (presumably the other credits were for other types of AI work). Therefore I would need to wait another month to generate another image, once my credits 'reset', or start buying more credits now.
My email thread with the support team started promisingly but once I had provided all the requested details I got a standard reply about T's+C's essentially and that my 'credits' were up.
Can't recommend in view of the above experience. Try elsewhere would be my advice.
Update 31/8/26
So I did reply via Trust Pilot after getting the response below. It was to the same email address to the support team that I referenced above in the initial review and on this occasion I got no reply at all (and yes I have checked my spam). It's been several weeks now so I'm not expecting one. Be aware.

Took 7 months of money from my account but didn;t send me a payment receipt so I never knew. Then when i reached out to them they wouldn't refund me but told me it was cancelled. So bad ..I have found out that the website has misled me into singing into unknown charges by their false presentation of being a chatgpt platform on the interface page.. thus I have cancelled the subscritpion immediately same hour and requested a refund ...still chasing them on their ""support E-mail "" asking for a faithful respond to my geniun and valid request to receive the refund!! Askgpt will NOT allow us to cancel! Email after email after email and they will not cancel. They have been charging us twice each month and no matter how I communicate the issue it does not stop. Originally we just wanted the double billing to stop, but now I will not give them one more penny. Every month Ineed to dispute the charges on my card.

Didn’t work for me
My experience was rather disappointing from the beginning.
I initially landed on this tool because it appears to rank for competitors' brand names and keywords, so I was actually looking for a different product.
- Image generation function is poor, doesn't meet expectations.
- Even a basic chat function often crushed and provided errors.

AVOID
Like many other users, I signed up thinking I was subscribing to full access to Claude, because it says Claude, but thats a fraudulent way of making you sign up for something you don't want.
It isn't clear and isn't useful.
On contacting the company I am told by a bot that I won't receive a refund because company policy is that they prefer to keep my money.
I also cannot for the life of me find out how to cancel the subscription.
Awful company, not what it claims to be. AVOID.

Word of caution
In my opinion, this company should not be trusted.
I say this because:
• Within seconds of me creating an account, they initiated several unauthorised deductions - and by the time I blocked my account, they had already taken 3 batches of funds.
• I requested a refund, but they claimed their policy does not allow for such refunds. Fortunately my bank stepped in.
If I had my way I'd pursue them criminally.

Beware of this company, they are dishonest
Beware of this company. Dishonest This is a follow up. After I posted here, they replied so I emailed them again. They got back to me this time and said the would cancel my subscriptions. I had accidentally subscribed multiple times. On June 13 "Support Agent K" said they were cancelling the subscriptions, but they said no refund. Today they charged me again. Flat out lied to me. Do not use this service.
