The computer tech was very patient and understanding with this 76-year-old. who is hard of hearing, and couldn't see the info on the printer screen window. We seem to be up and running now. Thank God.
I was certainly skeptical about giving him our bank info, as we have been scammed several times. But I thank him for fixing things.

I was lost with logging in to my…
I was lost with logging in to my computer because someone I let in had changed the password. Rick found that the computer was not fully capable of obtaining access though normal course of action and provided a solution that created a little work for me but I now have full access to the computer again and getting back to where we were verses not being able to access it at all is a great blessing to the family. Thank you Rick.
