Very bad service
Very bad service. Impossible to phone them if you don't speak Portuguese, despit what they promised before I signed up for this insurance. They don't answer on e-mail, so it is impossible to get in contact with them. I tried to visit one of the hospitals they say that they have an agreement with, but that is not correct. The hospital informed me that ASISA don't have any agreement with them.

The situation you mention does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. There are agreements in place for access to care, and this matter is currently being reviewed internally to understand what went wrong and to prevent it from happening again.
We also acknowledge your comments regarding difficulties in contacting us and language support. Your feedback has been noted and is being addressed as part of our ongoing service improvements.
We have already facilitated communication with the provider to ensure you can be attended, and the necessary instructions have been sent to you.
