Disappointment all around
I ordered a ferrofluid sound visualizer, excited to see it in action. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Upon arrival, the box was severely damaged, and the packaging was poorly done. While the product itself appeared intact, it has significant functional issues.
Part of the ferrofluid floats to the top, refuses to stay connected to the rest of the fluid, and is completely unresponsive to sound. This is far from the product's advertised performance.
To make matters worse, I’ve reached out to the company multiple times, but they have not responded to any of my inquiries. I requested a replacement to assess whether this is a one-off defect or if the product is inherently faulty, but the lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional.
Based on my experience, I’m left questioning the authenticity of the product videos and whether this visualizer can deliver what is promised. Until the company addresses these issues and improves its customer service, I cannot recommend this product or the company.
