Save yourself the trouble

Don't bother wasting your time or money.

I bought both stitched and unstitched outfits. Colors, finished designs and embroidery vary tremendously. The detailing shown online like trims and ties do not come with the outfit. Fabric is not enough to get the suits stitched unless you're under 5 ft. tall, anorexic and are flat chested.

The unstitched outfits also come in varying number of pieces, I mean like from the smallest to largest fabric has an average 10+ disarrayed pieces. If you're ordering something that resembles an A line kameez, dress or anarkali type outfit, the pieces need to be cut apart and stitched back together like a damn puzzle piece. This needs to be done at least 10+ times if you use the entire fabric. Above all of that, there are no directions on how or what piece goes where.

And the ICING on the cake is that the outfits do not come with any sort of lining. Online the fabric does not look translucent AT ALL. But you bet when they arrived they came looking like clothes without any HAYA. Even the fabric that isn't supposed to be translucent like the pants is see through! The quality of the fabric is next to nothing.

The bags come with "quality check" stickers but that doesn't mean *poop*. One of the outfits I ordered was ripped in multiple places and stapled into the bag. The embroidery and sequins are holding on for dear life.

Just don't do it. Their customer service is non-existent. The only thing they got right was getting the package out the door but even that was sent out late.

Be aware

I received incomplete suit I even did not liked the stuff. They are not giving me return and further delaying my return request they are just keep saying my complain is registered without providing me any complain number or etc.

Not giving my refund

Extremely disappointed with asim jofa. I ordered one article which i never received. I inquired after a month to which they told me that this article is out of stock and it wont be coming back so they will issue me a refund. They told me this after i waited so long and inquired myself. Its been 2 months and i am getting same messages everytime that the relevant team is working on it. Few days ago they informed me that their portal has issues! Now God knows if i ever will get my refund ! Extremely bad customer service.. will never order from them again

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I wanted to exchange an item because the product I received had sharp gold accents, which is completely different from what was shown in the picture. I didn't request a refund—only an exchange. I wish there was a zero start or minus…

I wish there was a zero star or minus star for this brand. I ordered three unstitched dresses from Asim Jofa brand and the colours were totally different and the quality was lower than a third class replica. Tried to return them but obviously like their brand their return policy was also ugly. Never buy from them if you do t want to waste your money

Product arrived without the LACE

Placed an order for a stitched and an unstitched dress. The unstitched dress came with out 3Meter lace that was already mentioned on the website and the packag leaflet in the description section. I contacted them, they sent the lace to a completely wrong address and now they are not sending the lace on my address. As if this was my fault. This mistake of theirs will have to be rectified by my self with my own money. On top will have to deal with this nonsense of looking for the lace in this hot summer weather. All because of a mistake on their behalf in the first place. Because the dress will just not look put together without the lace.

Not worth it!

Worst ever purchase. Spent a lot of money only to get cheap quality dresses that do not even match with the posters. The trouser fabric was also not enought that my tailor had to put a Jor in it. Dont recommend at all.

Never received my order

They don't even deserve one star. Terrible service. I ordered 6 dresses and they never delivered them.

Tried to email them and there is no response.

Just because he has most actresses advertising the clothes for him doesn't mean he has a great business model. They are so popular that they really don't care if they don't provide a good service to some customers so you can never know when they'll miss your order too and won't give a damn about it and then you'll just be "one of the unlucky ones"
