I was in need for a suit for Eid but was nervous at the same time as I dont like doing online shopping. I have to say I recieved my suit today and I'm so glad I ordered from asiansuitsonline. The suit came fast and I'm so happy with the quality of the suit. I love it... my family also ordered from them and they are also very happy. I ordered for my daughter now and waiting on her dress. Ordered my eid outfit along with other family members on Asian Suits Online, when they arrived the quality was amazing were all pleased with how quick the service was. Can’t wait to wear it!

Our order number is 7052. My daughter placed an order for two identical suits before Ramadan started.
We got a message that only one was available so we cancelled order.
Daughter has rang them and spoke to them, was told money would be refunded. Since then they wont answer her call;
two weeks later I rang myself and was told that he money would go back into our account. Two more weeks have gone, no money and they wont answer my call. I think I have exhausted all avenues for contact and so now its time to call in trading standards.

I usually don’t like to do shopping online mostly asian suit. This was my first time and i just try on this website where i find a lot of opportunities of asian dress when i see the dress that i like it i just order and day to day i was so excited for the dress i always look at the door 😂 when the courier come and i get my dress. Over all the dress is soo nice the way is stitched and I don’t have word too say that i love it thanku asian suit and the delivery was fast around one week in my family everyone like it and they will shopping on asian suit online uk and also included me

My sister ordered the suit for me stating it 'looked nice' I usually HATE asian clothes even the partywear outfits but I got to say I loved the outfit the fit was perfect. Would deffo reccomend to everyone.

Where do I begin . . . Fantastic service over WhatsApp and over the phone. I ordered 3 partywear suits and everything was precise and spot on. There isn't any bad points about the business or the customer service and the clothes are BRILLIANT quality! Definitely cant wait to order some more outfits. I ordered two kurtas on the 17th feb 2020, it is now 24th feb, the website says 5 working days for UK delivery, other than the order confirmation I have received no updates regarding my order or delivery. I have tried to contact them twice and had no response. This service is beyond disgusting. I want to know where my order is

First time ordering from this place - the eta was miscommunicated as they failed to mention the actual week they just gave me a random day, after a lot of back and forth communication they processed a refund without me asking for one a week into me waiting for the suit which was for an important family wedding! The service and communication was beyond disgusting they are extremely unprofessional and unreliable and I will never order from them again or recommend to anyone ever!

I didn’t expect it to be that quick, ordered it yesterday morning and received my order the following day, I love my suit thank you

I ordered just before EID and really needed them urgently, Asian Suits Online went out of their and sent it next day delivery, and when I received the suit, it was better than the picture, I would definitely recommend this company, the service is amazing

I wish I could give this rubbish service zero stars. I am absolutely appalled.

We ordered two dresses three weeks or so before Eid ul Adha, which is a reasonable time for ordering a dress so it comes in time, no?

Well, I was sadly wrong. Turns out if you want to get a dress from this service, you’ll just have to suck it up and not order anything at all.

Their service clearly states that all orders are dispatched and delivered within five working days, but this was not the case. We emailed them after waiting for 2 weeks to ask about the delivery date and they stated that: “Clothes were dispatched on Thursday and will be here by the following Wednesday”. Keep in mind that the clothes were dispatched 2 weeks after the order had been confirmed, and they were slotted to arrive less than a week before Eid.

Still, we thought that this would be enough time to get it sewn, but no! The clothes ended up arriving a day late and, shock, only one of the pieces we ordered actually came.

If you recall, I stated early on the review that we ordered two dresses. However, three weeks after order, only one of them arrived. And what disgusts me beyond belief is their manner of notifying us.

The DPD delivery worker leaves the parcel with us and drives off, tight-lipped. We open the parcel and on the delivery note there is our notification next to the missing dress, scrawled messily in pen— “Sold out, refund being processed”. We were made to wait and suffer for three weeks, and when the order did finally arrive, it contained only one dress. The missing one was meant to be worn on Eid.

What are we meant to do with less than 5 days left before Eid? How are we meant to summon a dress and get it stitched by a tailor in time?

“Sold out”??? If the outfit was actually sold out why did you choose to tell us when the delivery came and not through an email or phone call? You tell us the clothes have been dispatched but then say they don’t even exist. Should we trust you at all?

I am absolutely horrified. Please do not ever order from this site.

tl;dr : AsianSuitsOnline is an appalling service and does not deserve to be purchased from.
