Problems? First time for me.
I've been buying Korean ramyun (ALWAYS Nongshim) from Asianmart for years now. They've always had a great selection and fast shipping.
However, for the past week I've noticed that they have almost no Nongshim items for sale. And then today their website is down.
Unsure what's happening, but I'm getting ready to go with another vendor. I'd rather not, because despite the negative reviews I've read here today, I've never had a bad experience with them.
Hope they recover from their current difficulties.

Be mindful to what you order and please check expiration date. I would not recommend if you plan to stack since they will send you short expiration dated items. WARNING !They don't care about the consumer

Our policy is very clear and we are a company following the rules we set in place. We apologize you are not please but hope you enjoy the rest of your order.
ASIANMART online is the worst company…
ASIANMART online is the worst company ever, they sidelines with UPS thieves, stealing customer package and they have done nothing to help or investigate, the package was stolen by UPS or irresponsible stupid delivered to wrong address, but never took responsibility for it, but to agree with the UPS thieves. Force the customer have to cut their losses. I would not recommend this Stupid company to anyone and UPS.

We are sorry you have had a bad encounter however it appears your issue was with UPS and not us. Since as a company we have to go based off of the factual information provided. We also state in our policy if your package was lost or stolen after delivery we are not responsible. We do apologize for the negative encounter but it is suggested that you perchance reach out to UPS to also review your finalized investigation.
Received short expiration dated items
Received short expiration dated items. The merchant took zero responsibility for items sent and essentially said to consume it before it expires in 2 weeks or pay shipping/handling to return for refund.

Received rotten and actually fermented fruit. After several months, I am still fighting for a refund. Absolutely appalling experience. Strongly recommend to avoid at all costs.
