Excellent service
Asia Car Service was well organized, easy to schedule, very responsive to questions or changes in our plans. We had a layover in Hong Kong and contacted Asia car service to see if we could get collected at the airport and taken to see sunrise over Hong Kong. Our lovely driver, Tommy, was waiting when we landed and took us on a mini tour of Hong Kong sites, fitting loads of photo opportunities into our three hours, as well as chatting to us about the culture of the city. It was a personal tour and we loved every minute. Thank you again.

Clean, comfortable, friendly service
This was our first transfer from Nakita to Haneda and all was perfect with Asia Car service. Booking online was easy and I received appropriate follow up and explanations. The driver communicated with me via chat GPT while in flight and greeted us with a sign at baggage claim. The van was comfortable and the driver courteous and drove safely. Thank you for an exceptional experience on our first trip through Tokyo!

The driver appeared to be sick, and his driving felt unsafe, as there were moments where he drifted into other lanes. He also was not the friendliest driver, and I have had much better experiences with drivers using other companies, or even just Uber.
For the positives, he was on time and got us to our destination.
