Great service so far
So far it’s been easy to get my servers deployed and I haven’t had to contact them for support.
I use them because I want to have my servers in Hong Kong.
I don’t know about these others, but the speed is decent for me.
very bad service, probably false advertisement. They pushing their advertisement for the PREMIUM NETWORK with CN2 connection with china. Speedtest on their website and latency test show low latency to China Telekom, once you really buy their VPS service it was just a standard routing and they never use their CN2 route AS PROMISED. It was just a really bad company, doing false advertisement is against the law too, someone might need to file them into court.
These guys run a simple VPS service, easy to use but without many options.
I set up a server to test performance, i was surprised to discover that their small machine, which has 1000 GB of transfer performed really slow when i set up a VPN, i got 4mbps.
I contacted support, they said that the bandwidt was restricted to 5 mbit "to protect me as a client from charges for overuse". When i asked what the charges for overuse i was told there were none and the VPS would simply be suspended. They said they could update the interface to 50mbit, i said OK and told them i would just upgrade the server if i needed more bandwidth.
Then i got another mail explaining that "as i know" bandwidth in Asia was really expensive and therefore they would not upgrade me, if i bought one of their large servers they could upgrade to 10mbit.
None of these restrictions are mentioned on their website and the lack of policy indicates this is an amateur outfit that you should definitely not trust with anything remotely critical.
With regards to the bandwidth, unless you plan to use their servers for things like basic dns etc, the service is useless.
The VPS servers are also much slower than similar sized servers offered by Linode, Digital Ocean etc.
I only used them because none of the others have Hong Kong server locations, stay away at all cost unless you really need a HK VPS, go with Singapore or Tokyo instead
