In November 2025, I ordered over $800 of clothes and when they arrived, most were too small even though I had followed the guidelines. I was told that the clothes that were bought on sale were ineligible for return.

I pointed out to them that the landing page clearly marks 30-day hassle free returns with no indications it excluded sale items (only in the return policy at the end of the extensive instructions).

They agreed to replace the items I ordered as a one-time courtesy.

It is now January 14th and I still haven't received anything. I have emailed several times and I am not getting any responses.

I should also point out that their clothes have no tags indicating the company name, the size, the country of provenance, or instructions for care. I found out that this is illegal and will be sure to report them to the appropriate authorities.

Orders a XL size jacket for gift way back on 11/02/2025, Today is 12/04/2025. Turns out it was more a medium to small. When I tried to return, they said had to fill out return form....they never sent form. Next they required details, order # and other details they already had. Next..they required pictures of product, I sent. After a dozen emails, now they claim there are no returns.
This store is an absolute rip off, worst fraud I have ever come across.
Do not buy anything from theses crooks. Tell your friend, family, Facebook...only way to rid this problem is too get the word out.

I received the leather jacket I ordered. It was of poor quality but the main issue was the size was very small. I asked to exchange for a larger one. They said I would have to pay $9.99. I decided I would rather just get a refund due to the quality. They emailed me back to say they do not do refunds. Absolutely ridiculous!

My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The attention to detail was impressive.
