Contact them to inform them with a fault with the system. They claim they are aware of the fault and are fixing it. Refuse to refund me unless I cancel the account despite it being unusable. Cancelling the account will mean i loose all past date. Unhelpful advisers, stupid support hours and when you do get support this is on a when they can be bothered basis.
