Subpar quality products and dismal customer service. Rapha-like prices but no where near their quality or service. Bought a wool-blend cycling jersey and it was torn up after 2 washes in a gentle cycle. No response from customer service.
Ordered a cycling jersey. Was promised delivery on the 14th of June, but never came. Ashmei were very quick to charge the money, but never send an order confirmation or anything. Contacted them after the 14th where they admitted that there was problems with the manufacturer. They returned the money although not all as currency had changed. Complained about it and that is when Ashmei turned silent. One would expect a little more professionalism with such a rather high priced product.
Super looking, expensive, running gear that is warm & wicks sweat well but after 1 year of limited, winter only wear of hooded sweatshirt & compression socks, the top wore through in both mitts (holes) & 1 sock ripped. Asked for replacements, politely refused, offering a discount if I purchased a new sweatshirt costing over £100 (including discount).
