The products are top quality and affordable. The fragrance lamp I have is beautiful and the fragrances are delightful, it’s a real luxury item at a fair price. But the thing that really makes this company stand out is the customer service which is second to none. I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough!

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I recently purchased one of their fragrance lamps and oil and had a problem with it. I wrote to the company and a lovely lady called Millie helped me sort everything out and sent me new components and a bottle of their Fragrance Oil. I have never, ever received such wonderful customer service from any company, no arguments, no fuss, just straight forward help. Thank you Millie and thank you Ashleigh & Burwood. I wish all companies and their staff were as great.

My sister placed an order for delivery…
My sister placed an order for delivery to my house. The delivery was to be made by Royal Mail. When I received an email to say the order had been delivered, I queried the non-receipt with our mail man, two days later, who showed me a photo of the delivery, but I could clearly see the delivery was made to a house with a blue door - mine is white. He could not explain this anomoly and I left on holiday almost immediately after that. When I returned, over a month later, I wrote to Ashleigh & Burwood to ask if they had any recourse on Royal Mail. Annabel replied immediately saying it was too late for them to take up with Royal Mail, but they would send me a replacement, free of charge. Quick and excellent customer service, for which we are very grateful. Thank you.

Fragrance Lamp Think twice!
I have been given a lovely looking Ashleigh and Burwood Fragrance Lamp, as a birthday present.Today I went to a garden centre and bought some A and B fragrance.Horrified, having used it this evening in a room away from where we were sitting, to find my chest tightening up and I couldn't breathe easily. I thought I was going to have an asthma attack. We didn't have it burning for longer than half an hour. My husband was feeling ill too. Why has it not been banned? What a waste of money. There is nothing on the box to warn us that it is not suitable for asthmatics. Please think about this before buying.

Wonderful scents , easy to use lovely to look at
I have used these lovely burners for years and thought I would treat myself to some new ones along with new fragrances . The site is easy to use and fast check out. I was kept in touch with emails regarding delivery. The items arrived extremely well packed and a beautifully boxed. I did buy one as a present but I loved it so much I kept it it's called the tree of love.! So easy to use and you have a lovely soft scent where ever you put one. You get a funnel to fill with the fragrance, leave for about 15 minutes for the wick to soak up the fragrance. You then light the stone leave to heat the stone for about 2 to 3 minutes, blow the flame out put the safety tube over the stone and there you go wonderful scents.. Try it and you won't use anything else
