Oh dear. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Not received my order. No reply from customer services. I will be disputing this with my bank.

I’d prefer if you had a zero rating!
Terrible experience! Not in London waited ages for 2 dresses to arrive for a wedding with plenty of time but they finally arrived 3 weeks late didn’t even open the dresses aske to return . Return to Netherlands!!! Cost me £21.10! For tracking and customs. Sent all proof to them and they haven’t received them … strange that ????? . Now all are missing so going to have to wait the 20 days Royal Mail say they need before I can claim . Utterly disgraceful service. Please don’t use . Stressed and nearly £150 out of pocket

I like how trendy their clothes are but some of the piece feel a bit overpriced for what you get

Horrible horrible experience. They have london wesbite and German address and phone number. Still no one replies to any email or phone contacts. Qualitu of products is poor. Pictures are misleading, 4 weeks after the order and no notificarion on timelines and deliebry of the order. Complete fraud!

Alarm bells first rang when the so called "London" company dispatched the goods from China.
As expected given the distance from the origin to destination, delivery took a while.
When received the dress I ordered was awful, a different colour to that advertised and the fit was nothing like what was pictured.
I contacted customer services (based in Germany) to be told to send the goods back at my expense (breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015) to an address in the Netherlands (clearly not a London based company, despite the name!).
I replied informing them they are breaching the Consumer Rights Act and that they need to cover the return, at which point they stopped replying to my emails. Despite chasing them I have now heard nothing for a week.
Next stop if no reply or satisfactory response is given will be claiming my money back from the bank.
Do yourself a favour, don't use this company.

The t-shirt design is nice, but the stitching started coming loose after a couple of washes. Not very impressed.

Turns out the items are not delivered from London as the name would suggest. The items are shipped from overseas. They failed to meet their own shipping timings, and the shoes I'd ordered for my wedding arrived late. I tried to return them, I had to pay to return them, in the Netherlands, and they bounced at Customs. They have ignored my emails since I tried to send them back offering no way of me getting any compensation or returning the items. The quality of the item was really poor too, not reflective of the image in the advert

This company is fake do not bye enthick order over a month ago nothing please do not give them a penny

Customer support was polite, but it took several days to get a reply about my exchange. Kind of frustrating

Worst don’t ever come by this website. All show off cheap products that worth a penny is sold for £50 odd pounds.

Awful company. Dress took weeks to arrive. Terrible quality. E mailed them 3 weeks ago to return item. Still no reply. £60.00 would have better if I gave to charity.

The hoodie looks nice but feels cheap when you wear it. I guess you're paying more for the look than the comfort.

Well awfully company i waited over 2 months for a suit I ordered but it never came they kept saying it will definitely be with me soon and they would not refund me I had to go to my bank don't order from these as they just take your money an you eont receive your order

My order came fine, but it did not really match the vibe I saw on their website. May be its just me, but the photos looked better

This is a scam do not buy from there. months waiting for items, Its a SCAM do not ever buy from there. This is a SCAM the police should be made aware.

Please save your money and do NOT buy from this company.
Their clothing looks good online but they are made from the cheapest fabric, poor stitching, awful and a complete waste of money. Don’t try to communicate with them either - it takes weeks and weeks then they aren’t helpful. My order took over 9 weeks to arrive. When it did, I was so disappointed. I got in touch with them to return and it was so shambolic that I ended up binning the clothes. Returning is impossible. The returns place is apparently in the Netherlands and you have to pay ALL costs to not only track and insure your order but you have to send it in such a specific way that it makes it impossible. This is a scam. Do not buy from this company at all.

This company is a total scam. The website is total lies, rude and unresponsive customer service, clothes are terrible, I ordered a coat that looks like it’s been made of felt by a child. They are refusing to refund, I sent it recorded delivery, it’s been signed for they say they haven’t got it. They are thieving liars. Alina in customer support, get a real job.

Total scam do not order from this company. Dress looked nothing like pictures awful quality, totally unwearable. Tried to return sending multiple emails, still unable to get a refund, would give zero stars if I could

DO NOT ORDER. Scam company. Ordered 3 dresses in August, didn’t receive some until end of September. When you try to return the items you have to pay £16 return fee and then they refuse it at customs so it comes back to you as it’s based in Netherlands. They since haven’t responded to a single email where I’ve been asking for help. I have £150 to pay on Klarna and although they were also helpful at first they now said it’s an issue between me and Ashford to resolve and I still have to pay the balance or I’ll get fined.
