Avoid this company !
This company needs to seriously look at it's customer communications. After the initial diagnosis and then paying up front for parts and labour(labour was my choice) I awaited a call back on the ETA of the part needed .7 days went by before i eventually chased the delivery and fitting schedule only to be told they didn't have any information yet from Mitsubishi parts. A call back later was organised. The next day after my wife chased again a part was then found and a fitting time was arranged. The car was to be collected the next day. All was good for now. The next day I didn't receive a call so we chased again only to be told the car wasn't fixed by the faulty switch as originally diagnosed.
We missed a single call so decided to go to the dealership next day. We didn't like the attitude of one of the sales guys although his younger associate was very helpful and we decided to take the car away while we awaited a call on Monday morning from the manager. That call like many others didn't materialize so we chased again. We didn't get to talk to him until the next day.
We had the a/c system re gassed although I told them the issue was not gas pressure it was electrical as it was regassed and leak checked just before they took it in. They diagnosed a faulty switch which was paid for and fitted 12 days later and the original issue was still happening. We've had no invoice or email sent even though they have been made aware the car is now at another garage being fixed and that it won't be going back to them . £540 to get the car back as was, with terrible customer support is just not good enough. This company needs to up their communication and their diagnostic skills. Even one of the receptionists seemed to have a bad attitude although she clearly tried to hide it. Some of the staff seemed ok though but others fell far short of what you'd expect from a Mitsubishi dealership.
