Ordered a dress on Instagram from this…

Ordered a dress on Instagram from this company, believing this was a British company with a British address! Dress arrived from China about 3-4 weeks later, not as advertised, pattern the same but it looked like an ill fitting bag!! Contacted customer service who did actually reply. Said I could get a refund if the item was returned— to China at a cost of £25. Then they said I could get 20% refund and keep the dress! I don’t want the dress and wanted a full refund. No local address to return to. This is a sham company.

One of the worst companies to deal with slow and no customer response. Item was of VERY poor quality and do not respond to email
