A Shade Greener replaced the main box…
A Shade Greener replaced the main box system. The maintenance Electrician, went up into our loft and fitted a re- conditioned one in, as ours had not been working.
He did a quick change over and was friendly man called Mark Morgan and did a good job. Thank you

The engineer Ricky who came today was…
The engineer Ricky who came today was friendly, professional, informative and patient. In all honesty he and the enginer who came to inspect the issue cause by the company in the first place are possibly my only reason for a 5 star. My other experiences over the last 7 years are not so good. The company owner and head office based maintance team should take a look at these two emplyees and base there business on this level. Im guessing i will get the same auto AI response as everyone else despite the fact your sparkys are the only reason for this five star review and the ones pushing for these. Well done to the two employees who visited me and listened to me.
As suspected the same AI reply as everyone else. Thought they may have taken time after a review that was very positive based on the employee to review the way they run. Even after the comment about the same reply here we are. Shows level of care higher up. Such a shame

Ricky came to replace the Inverter that had gone down after nearly 13 years of use. Checked rest of system which is all good. Free electricity once more while sun shining. In and out in about 45 mins. A true tradesman. Brilliant.....

Great electrician, Arron B, the b stands for brilliant
While I did have to wait nearly 2 months to have a booking available that works for me with a shade greener. Specifically Arron B, the electrician that came out to my house, was brilliant. I happened to be down the road when he arrived and he was mindful and understanding to the fact my daughter asked him to wait outside until I returned a minute later. He was professional and friendly, quickly recognised the issue then just as efficiently made repairs and had my system up and running again all within 45 minutes. He made the typical inconvenience of getting someone in to fix a problem become no problem at all. An asset to the team and a pleasure to meet.
