I sent my phone following an evaluation of €296. Unfortunately I was told that they would only propose €2 after inspection. Fortunately I took a video of the phone before and I had an in store offer for more than €200 so I can back up that it was in very good conditions.

Now I need to pay to get the phone sent back to me…

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of a used PlayStation 4 Pro, advertised as being in "very good condition." Unfortunately, as soon as I started using it, I encountered several major issues.

Firstly, the console overheats dangerously within just 10 minutes of use, which is unacceptable and raises concerns about its long-term durability. Additionally, the noise it emits is more akin to that of a jet engine rather than a gaming console. The sound level is so loud that it becomes incredibly disruptive and completely ruins the gaming experience.

The actual condition of this console falls far short of the description provided in the listing, and I feel deeply let down. I expected a product in very good condition, but what I received is clearly defective.

I urge the seller to take responsibility for this and find a resolution to the problem. I sincerely hope that they will demonstrate professionalism and honesty by offering a refund or a fair exchange. Either way, this experience has shattered my trust in the seller, and I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

In conclusion, my experience with this used PlayStation 4 Pro has been extremely disappointing due to its rapid overheating and excessive noise. I do not recommend this purchase to anyone, and I hope that the seller will take the necessary steps to resolve this issue in a fair and satisfactory manner.

This company is very complicated to reach when there is a problem.... I have sent them a computer & Post office says it was delivered to them (i have delivery proof) but AsGoodasNew sends me email that they don't have it and i cannot contact them to clarify the situation Via the website my message is not sent (technical problem on their website ?) They don't have a phone number I managed to find a general email ... Complicated but the replied quickly Now let's see if they solve my problem

I ordered a brand new iPad and the price was excellent. The order was delivered free within three days, the package was sealed and it was exactly what I was expecting. I would not hesitate to recommend for new purchases.

I submitted an Iphone 8+, in immaculate condition and 100% working. 2 hours after it was received by the company they emailed back saying "Unfortunately, the device corresponding to your sales offer number ####### does not meet our purchasing criteria."
What a waste of time ! I erally don't undertstand.

I bought Iphone Max 11 around March. but the screen is quickly fell down less than 3 months usgae. The techinicians used diffrent excuses to not fix my phone. I even provided them my icloud ID as advisded around August and no reponses since then.

I have had problems with the iPhone X (face ID, portrait internal camera, among others diagnosed by their repair team). I mailed them the phone to fix it and almost 2 months later they returned me the same defective phone because they did not have another of the same model.

Currently the same problems have reappeared again.

The only solution they offer me is to send it back and they do not tell me if they will send me another phone later.

In short, poor service...

I ordered an "As new condition" Galaxy S21Ultra 512 GB. Received the phone promptly and in "as good as new" physical condition. So far so good. However, I down-loaded the CPU-Z app. to check the technical spec. It was then that I discovered the battery capacity was only 3500mAh whereas a "true" S21 Ultra has a 5000mAh battery. Likewise, the RAM and Internal Storage fell short of the official Samsung specs. When I reported these anomalies to customer services at AsGoodAsNew, they simply said I couldn't necessarily expect performance on a used phone to be as good as a brand new phone! That didn't answer my question which was about technical spec and not about performance. Now I acknowledge the possibility that the CPU Z app is giving an erroneous analysis, but I have as yet received no denial nor suggestion from AsGoodAsNew that this is the case.

Ordered a Panasonic Lumix TZ91 from asgoodasnew.fr. Order placed on the Friday evening, camera arrived on the Wednesday. Camera was also in perfect condition. Very pleased.

Asgoodasnew sells refurbished smartphones, tablets etc. and grants guarantee on sold items. I bought a Samsung smartphone, the price was good, the item is feeling as new, delivery was done in a couple of days. The only thing that was not practical was to pick up the delivery in a UPS point instead of indicated Post Lu pick up point. I'll definitely consider buying from them in future. GP
