from start to delivery of my product was extremely professional and easy to order

I bought a Samsung galaxy Z flip from them. it took less than 1 month to break. The screen literally had some pixel issues (clearly a product issue!). I sent it to them and they took it for almost 2 months. I asked several time the status and they were answering me with it was in the repairing process. In the end they took it for 2 months and after I asked for several time to have it back, they gave it to me still broke. 650 Euro literally burnt thank to them. UNRELIABLE product sold, EMBARASSING customer care.

Man, the device is pristine. It looks and feels and function like brand-new device.
The unit was securely and neatly packed in a nice box with the charger.

Was sceptical, however, my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic LTE was delivered quickly and as advertised was as good as new, just no original box.

Fast shipping, got my Pixel 6 Pro a day earlier than estimated.

Bought a new phone service was super and with me within 4 days.

Unable to recieve refund for faulty product. First I recieved a faulty S21 Ultra, the button on the new phone was broken, They said repairs would take 3-6 weeks, so instread I asked for a refund, they confirmed this was possible, I followed instructions and sent phone back, and many many emails asking for the refund to be processed. And after 4 months of repeated hassling them ringing and ringing and many emails, they have still not refunded the money. over 1000€. Very Not Happy with this company. Very poor service for faulty products.

Before you consider buying any product from this reseller, I recommend to have a look at the reviews from wirkaufens.de (their parent business for people to sell old devices before they get refurbished and sold again on AsGoodAsNew). There you will see that many customers have experienced strange fraud practices and either received damaged products back or with different accessories/packaging.

This company is stealing from their customers in order to upgrade their inventory by offering devices in better conditions to a lower cost for them and therefore increase their profit margin. In return, people who take good care of their device and want to sell them for an affordable price get scammed and receive back broken items that they can't sell anymore...

Please do not support companies like these...!

Completely hassle-free experience, easy transaction, phone arrived in time and properly packed, and most importantly, the iPhone (I bought and XR) was really as good as new: no signs of usage whatsoever, battery life was 98% and it included the original charging cable and packaging. I've been using the phone for a month already and so far had no problems at all, works perfectly. I was a bit nervous buying a phone from Asgoodasnew after reading some of the negative reviews here and in other websites, however I needed a new phone and the low price was very tempting so I went through with it, and I'm so glad I did! Extremely happy with my purchase.
