I emailed Asendia USA on Feb. 28 to see why my iherb order did not come as promised by Feb. 26-27. It was early Friday morning but my email was answered within the hour by John from Customer Care. He explained that packages enroute to Canada are experiencing delays of at least 2+ business days. Also, he gave me a toll-free phone # to call so that I could speak to someone directly.
Happy surprise - Melissa, a Customer Service Rep. answered my call before the 3rd ring ! She explained that it was iherb and NOT Asendia who chose my last mile carrier- UNiUNi. ( I was worried because of all the negative reports I read about UNiUni on Trustpilot).Long story short, my package was delivered early Saturday afternoon by UniUni- the box in perfect condition with everything inside, intact. It arrived 2 days after the promised delivery date.
The delivery dates provided by iherb do not take into account the extra scrutiny that is given on everything that crosses the Canadian border. To all who may have concerns about home deliveries, contact the SELLER to choose your last-mile carrier BEFORE you place your order. As for me, I had a very positive experience with both Asendia AND UNiUni.

As others have stated they emailed to tell me my package had been delivered. When I checked it was no where, I contacted them as I never received picture proof of the delivery. All of a sudden they send me a picture of an Amazon order that had been delivered to my door the same day. I remember getting that Amazon package because it wasn’t mine, it was my neighbours. When I told them this they said that’s your package and it was delivered even though what I had ordered wasn’t from Amazon at all. I pointed this out and they repeated that the package was delivered and have a nice day.
The package was severely damaged and open on one side. The following package was also very badly damaged and, again, easily accessed, considering that both packages contained over £500 worth of goods. On top of that, Evri left them outside our flats!
It never happened when Madeleine was in charge of the packing.
They shipped my package to the right city, then sent it to a different city multiple states away for "sorting". Absolute geniuses who are very good at their one job.

Total scam. They are official courrier for iHerb in Canada and they never actually deliver! They show "FAKE" attempted deliveries without any calls and just take the packages to themselves. I lost over 6 packages with them and stopped using iHerb because of that.

I think the way to deal with Asendia is to take note of their estimated delivery, just rely that they will deliver within that time frame and avoid checking the tracking information. Their tracking information is very frustrating and just raises doubts. This is exactly what happened to me, my package had regular updates when it was shipped in the USA on 31st January. Then it arrived in the UK on 5th February and there was no movement for a week, just saying "exception." As this was my first experience with them, and after reading all the negative reviews here, I panicked and contacted support. I didn't hear from support the first time, I waited two more days, contacted them again and by that time, my package had already been delivered to me. (Note that CS replied saying they didn't find any information on the number I'd given, good job package has already been delivered then, I guess they themselves are confused because the tracking number changes from each delivery point). Like in anything, I suspect that a lot of people have good experiences with this company but they don't record that here. I found their system of delivery to be quite stressful, but kudos to them for delivering within the time frame given. And again, I wish their tracking information reflected what is really going on.

Absolutely a scam. Ordered 2 items from Ali express. 1st item arrived with no issues. 2nd item was shipped by Asendia. Not only did they never show up, have incorrect tracking information but they are now demanding money to 'fix mailing address' despite it all being done through Ali express.
I also ordered my normal shipment from iherb. Checking the Tracking today (12/Feb/2025) says that it was undeliverable and returned with a date stamp of 13/Feb/2025. I have been ordering the same order for 2 years and this is the first time they have used Asendia for my order. The first time there has been an issue. This is outright illegal to lie on the tracking manifest and I will be taking this to the federal police. I encourage everyone who has issues to report to scam watch if they are in Australia.

They've done the old couldn't be bothered "package undeliverable, not safe to leave at address" routine at 8.23am this morning. We were having breakfast and definitely no knock on door or ringing of doorbell. Clearly they didn't even bother. No wonder their useless non existent service is at 1.5 stars

I am awaiting a package from Amazon that I purchased in December. The tracking number is RL970512156CH. According to the Asendia tracking website ,the package arrived in Colombia on January 22nd and the designated "delivery partner" is the company 4-72. However, I have contacted 4-72 directly, and they have informed me that they have no record of a package with that tracking number.

I'm having a terrible experience with Asendia USA. I shipped a package from the USA to Argentina on January 7th, 2025, and after nearly a month, there are major issues:
- Package shows as shipped from FRANCE when it was sent from California, USA
- Tracking number ends in "FR" instead of "US" (unlike all previous shipments)
- No tracking updates since January 10th (over 20 business days)
- Customer service provides contradictory information
- Another package sent THE SAME DAY with same service arrived in 3 days
- Multiple attempts to resolve through customer service have failed
- Representatives confuse basic company names (Planet Express vs Planet Fitness)
- No one can explain why this package is routed through France
- Cannot track on USPS website despite being told it's with USPS
Their responses are generic, inconsistent, and unhelpful. They claim "limited flights" yet my other package arrived quickly. They say it's "not shipped via USPS" but then claim "USPS currently has the package."
AVOID using Asendia if you need reliable tracking or actual customer support. They'll just give you excuses and contradictory information while your package disappears into their system.
I strongly advise choosing a different carrier for international shipping. Currently seeking resolution through my actual sender as Asendia seems unable or unwilling to help locate my missing package.

This company was responsible for the shipment from the US to Europe where it was handed over to the local DPD office. From there, everything was wrong. DPD handed my package over to a DPD Parcelshop which turned out to be an abandoned factory building. Nor DPD neither its Parcelshop reply to my emails or phone calls. I have contacted Asendia several times, only to be told they cannot do anything and that I should contact the seller on Amazon who is absolutely not responsible for what has happened as he shipped to order in good faith. I have told Asendia several times that DPD does not reply to my messages, and Asendia keeps telling me to contact DPD...I have given up. Products for $200 will be lost forever, and I paid almost $70 delivery costs for something I never received.

Took a detour over france, was sitting there for a week.
The seller already states on his site that packages get lost frequently and they have a standard procedure to alleviate Asendias incompetency.
I can not imagine how one can screw up so hard. Asendia responds with AI messages that say nothing but "We care about your experience".
NO you obviously do not, and you couldn't show this more clearly.
From now on I'll ask every seller if he uses Asendia, and then refuse to buy there.

What does Asendia do before triple or quadruple your shipping time? Seriously I wish that companies like Free People would notify shoppers they’re using this service before purchase. I would avoid them if I could- they’re absolutely awful been waiting for an order for a month…nada. Just sitting in Kentucky and not moving. What’s the point?

The Tracking is a complete disaster it showed till yesterday evening that i received new information on a package that it is in Europe the 6 days prior to that only gave me the information that it was still somewhere in america. Today the package arrived and everything popped up for example with the info that the package was send to europe on the 23 rd already

Dispatched from Sweden on the 13th of Jan to Ireland, Tracking info took forever to update and now find my parcel is somewhere in Germany since the 20th Jan and now it’s the 27th and still no update on tracking info. Contacted them and no reply whatsoever.

I buyed some clothes since december on ebay and they sent it by asendia, i been more than a moth waiting receiving to little info on the tracking but today i checked the status and apeared they made a delivery attempt, and it was faild the thing i nevere received a call or even now if this was intented to deliver from another logistic service from mexico, anyone know how can i re schedulle the delivery?
