I placed an order on June 12,2021 and…

I placed an order on June 12,2021 and paid w PayPal. I quickly received notice that order was updated to awaiting shipment. It stayed in that status for next 4 days. I found a really bad review here so I became concerned. I found a “contact us” on aseanone website and asked to cancel order. However, within the next hour my order was delivered. The problem was that the company did not communicate with me and did not provide shipping status or tracking numbers. It was free shipping so I can’t complain about four days. I am very happy with my purchase and it was excellent price. I believe they are new in business and haven’t yet figured out the importance of customer communications. If you buy from them, be patient and go to “contact us”-they did respond quickly to my message.

The typical fake company

The typical fake company. They advertise a product, they are happy to take your money. After a week of waiting and no shipping confirmation, I contact them. Then they finally respond with "we are out of stock" Then they said they will refund my money.
And as usual, they are still advertising the product on the front page of their website.
