To not use

To not use, unless you are willing to read all the small print T&Cs as they will just refer to you agreed to these when things go wrong. Awful customer services, my complaint is as follows:

I would like to raise a complaint and compensation for the tyres paid for and ordered for the following reasons:
1. I went to the garage at the booked time on 1030 on Sunday 24th May to find the garage was closed and does not open on a Sunday. Why do you have that as an available slot on your system when the garage does not open on a Sunday and no one contacted me to let me know the appointment could not go ahead and even got a text to confirm the booking
2. I tried calling yourselves and the fitter on Sunday a number of times and there was no answer as both yourselves and the garage were closed
3. I came this morning Monday 25th May at 1000 when the garage opened to be told they could not see me due to other booking so to come back at 1300
4. I have tried to call you a number of times today and after selecting the correct options and being on hold for 1 hr on 2 separate occasions there was then a message to say you were closed even though it was 1030 and 1200 respectively
5. I have had 2 wasted journey costing me in fuel and time, disrupted family plans on a bank holiday weekend, caused frustration about not being able to even contact yourselves to try to rectify and explain why this has happened but being faced with long holds and even after holding for an hr being cut off and saying you are closed

This whole experience has been a nightmare and frankly unacceptable so I suggest you put this right by crediting my credit card with a compensation for wasted family and personal time and additional travel costs.

The response was our T&Cs say there can be delays in fitting so there is nothing we can offer, absolute disgrace
I expect a prompt reply within 48hr as well as this to escalated to the complaints department for further action.

Not at all happy with the tyre provided…

Not at all happy with the tyre provided by the fitting garage - 3.5yrs old and uneven wear across the tread, down to 7.3mm. Raised complaint with ASDA customer service but no action taken. Won’t be buying from them again.

Ordered 4 tyres and fitter online

Ordered 4 tyres and fitter online, which was easy to do. You choose the tyre you want (they had a wide selection) and how many, it searched for a fitter in your area and the services they provide you chose and book a date. Pay and you get your email conformation. Fitter service wa great, quick no hassle, good price

Paid and booked an appointment for…

Paid and booked an appointment for replacing on the 15th May. The garage then called saying Asda have booked this without checking they had availability, this cause the first appointment to be cancelled. I re-arranged the appointment and took time off work to attend the appointment. I was told upon arrival they had delivered the tyre the day before and have now collected it 5 minutes before the appointment. I called customer service and they said they would send an email and wait for a response. I then was told it was not their fault and they could not help any further. Avoid these clowns at all cost, at this moment in time I am still awaiting a refund and apology. I have received neither.

I left my car keys with a member of staff, went to another appointment in town and my car was parked up ready on my return. Staff friendly and professional, would use again.

First of all eases to order next the…

First of all eases to order next the verity of tires offered, very competitive prices, and the fact you can choose a garage near you to have them fitted.
I needed tires for first car as it was so great service I ordered tyres for the second one and the service was as good.

Booked tyre fitting for 1.pm and no tyre arrived for fitting great ring them not much there either you will get a email they said to confirm delivery of your tyre now 3.30pm and no email would I use asda again no I wouldn't till they put in place a confirmation email of tyre delivery before you arrive for fitting was sorted out by a very helpful gabby many thanks

I bought a tyre in December with protection and had to make a claim in May

I bought a tyre with added protection/insurance in December and unfortunately was unlucky enough to need to replace it five months later due to a screw being lodged in the sidewall.

Gabby from customer services was incredibly helpful and could not have made the whole process of making a successful claim for a replacement any easier. Identified the issue Friday afternoon, new replacement fitted Tuesday morning.

Needless to say, I’ll be making sure to add protection going forward and can count on the process of making a claim (should the need arise - touchwood it doesn’t) being straightforward.

Very happy with the service received.
