The whole process of finding the correct tyres placing the order and booking the fitting was a breeze!
Would definitely use this service again

I bought 2 tyres from Asda Tyres and selected F1 Autocentres at Shrewsbury for the fitment.
The allocated fitment appointment was 10.30 to 11.30 with the request to be there 10 minutes before the appointment start time. So I arrived at 10.15 to be told at F1 that the appointment was for 11.30 but that they would fit me in before then. So if it was 11.30 then so be it. They said the Asda booking system does not talk to the F1 booking system and hence there had been a double booking.
I finally left F1 at Shrewsbury at 12.40. So nearly 2.5 hours after I arrived and after much pestering culminating in me walking round to the actual garage to see whether the work was being done.
A thoroughly unsatisfactory experience and one to be warned about. I will never use Asda Tyres or F1 Autocentres again. A complete waste of the morning.

I was able to purchase the tyre on the website and booked in-store fixing, which went smoothe too.

They got lots of options and different brand with your requirements of tyres and tyres also not too expensive and sometimes got discount and sale. And straight away when you buying process you can book for fitting your tyres if you wants to some one fit for you otherwise you just order at home . They got lots of different company so according to my convenience time I book one and they also very good for customers focused. And Chang my car all 4 tyres.

It was a very simple process to to find correct tyres, with a vast selection to choose from. Purchase and and finding a nearby fitting service no issues.fitting company found very nearby (Tyre station) excellent .

Simple to go online input, initially, my registration, select alternative tyres to match those fitted, select a local fitter and a convenient date and time.
Saved £25 on anywhere else which was a bonus too.
Protyre at Ferndown were the fitters. Polite, welcoming and knowledgeable and professional.

Ordered 2 new tyres for my van, price seemed reasonable and booked it because I could get it for the next day. The garage I arranged to get them fitted called and said we can't do it that day, can we do it the day after? I agreed as I was available although odd that you can book a time slot that isn't available so I wouldn't trust that if it's time critical. Anyway I went the next day after as agreed and the tyres still hadn't turned up. I had been given no warning by the Asda Tyres or the garage so a total waste of time! I had to phone customer service and to be fair she was nice and arranged a refund (will have to wait a up to a week for the money back) but I still think 1 star is deserved due to total failure of the entire process. If you order tyres online and arrange a garage at a given time to have them fitted, you'd expect that process to actually work and arrive at the garage and have the tyres you ordered fitted! Not using them again.

Ordered 4 high performance Bridgestone Potenza sport evo tyres, best price I could find & pretty much I could have chosen next day fitting at my local chosen garage. Not my first time buying from Asda & probably not my last as somehow they are always cheapest.

Super service from Dan at N-Tyres. I had ordered a new tyre, but he checked out the existing one and concluded that the tyre was fine, but the valve core was corroded. He replaced the valve core and the wheel has been fine since then. I was then refunded the cost of the new tyre that was ordered, so overall a superb experience.

Cheaper than other places. Easy to book and get everything sorted. plenty of fitters near me, good availability for fitting. Online booking system is easy to use. Would recommended!

I needed tyres for on the safety to drive my friend told me about asdatyers I am happy for the service and quality of tyres

I had 2 front tyres fitted in double quick time, very efficient. Unfortunately one of the bolts was stripped out and then rammed back in eventually and when I got home I saw that one of the tyres was on the wrong way round. Ok if it's not raining I suppose. I messaged Asda Tyres the same day, no reply. I messaged again the next day and got an automated email response and nothing more. I then used the chat on Asda Tyres webpage and was told to just go back to the fitters. If they have no idea which way round to put the tyre then I'm not going back there. I'll find someone locally who can sort it out. I wonder how many unsafe cars are now driving round because of them? It's a shame as I like Asda Tyres and have used them a number of times, not any more.
Asda Tyres are under the umbrella of Colewood Automotive who apparently look after a number of tyre websites and the chat summary came from them so maybe they have a lot of messages to work through.

I needed a single run-flat tyre; the price was very good and I could get a scheduled appointment for it to be fitted. Can't ask for more!
