Disappointing voucher didn’t arrive
For the second time the evoucher wasn’t received, even though all inboxes were monitored.
First time was last year and i didn’t even get an apology.
Very disappointed
Assistant was helpful this time and agreed to cancel the voucher.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I topped my Christmas savers card up £50 on a mission connected to my Asda rewards app, to receive £2 in my cash pot! Still waiting!!! 3 phone calls and several emails and no one will help or sort the problem. Disgrace

It wasn't me who purchased this. I was the victim of sim swap fraud. So some criminal has the voucher not me. It would be great if you could cancel this.

Completely useless for top-ups
Completely useless for top-ups. Worldpay must be the most stupid payment system ever invented, tried multiple cards (which all work just fine everywhere else) and it just fails them, even after you "authorise" the payment in the appropriate banking app. Ditch Worldpay and use a real payment system, one that actually works.
