a good news story
These days there are a lot of doom and gloom tales well here is the opposite - I purchased 2 x ASC water pumps for our property a number of years ago setting them up so one was a spare and swapped them over every 6 months . We live in Gippsland and rely on tank water with the pump as the only option for supply on everything so when we had one pump fail just out of the warranty period I was disappointed . A call to Garth at ASC restored my faith in people and companies such as this - they gave me a full replacement pump with no strings attached , unbelievable service and no recriminations about us doing something wrong ! They sighted the pump , saw what the problem was and gave us the pump on the spot , I absolutely would recommend these guys and their brand not only for the awesome improvement we got with the ASC pump but the faith in backing their product is refreshing . Well done Garth and ASC , finally a good news story !
