Broken equipment, no response from Asco
Refurbished VCR purchased in good faith with 3 month guarantee. Anything refurbished is a risk, but with the 3 month guarantee I felt reassured. Within 1 month the remote stopped working, and shortly afterwards the video stopped working. Unable to get a response. Unable to get a refund. Needless to say, would never use them again or recommend them.

I have known Nadeem for years
I have known Nadeem for years, him and his team haven always helped me out in terms of filtering out my needs. We got the TVs for the kitchen and main room and now just ordered my LG tv for the Loft for the kids PS5 etc. I will continue to use these and they will price match if possible.... Thanks again! P

Unprepared to give a refund or free repair for a damaged and unworkable VCR/DVD player on opening of package. Claimed it was out of warranty and would not accept that it was the first time of using product due to ill health.

Easy to deal with
There was a problem with the TV I purchased. Nadeem tried to rectify the problem with sending me a link to purchase a remote control, he said he would pay for this but that did not help the issue. We messaged and true to his word Nadeem refunded the money for the TV and p&p which I did not expect. Easy to deal with, understanding and genuinely empathetic to what I needed in a TV. Thanks for your true to your word, honest experience ASCO. Restored faith and would purchase again from you.
