Really helpful and understanding. Explained all the exercises in a clear and easy to understand manner.

He makes them easy to fit in with life and guess what!? When you actually do the exercises my life does it make a difference!

Absolutely dreadful with zero care for my wellbeing and concept of customer service.

Ascenti cancelled my first appointment on 8th July with less than 10 minutes notice. I had taken the afternoon off work and was a couple of minutes away from their Leicester New Walk practice when I received a call from their call centre to tell me the physiotherapist had gone home because she was to hot to work.

They did not even afford me the courtesy of telling me in person. Yes it was hot but that should not have been a surprise to anyone.

Although I told them not to contact me again Ascenti have since bothered me twice - once to try to rebook and once with email marketing spam.

I would never consider using a company that cares so little and so lacking in empathy, and am telling as many people as I can of my experience.

Obviously I was not going there for fun - I am still in pain and sourcing another provider.

From start to finish the service that I receive from Thomir, was second to none,I went it with a rotary cuff tear, to say that the pain was debilitating would be an understatement, with regular physio and exercise the pain has improve considerately. My quality of life has improved immensely.

I had a fantastic experience with Heemanshi Mistry. She understood my injury from the very beginning and created a clear, effective recovery plan that helped me make excellent progress.

She was supportive, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, and her positive attitude made every session feel encouraging. I always felt that I was in very capable hands.

I would highly recommend Heemanshi to anyone looking for a physiotherapist. Should I ever need physio treatment again, she would absolutely be my first choice.

Leamington Ascenti physio was able to tailor exercises to my problem and exercise goals. The physiotherapist took time to listen before starting treatment and after 4 sessions has given further exercises for me to continue to strengthen the problem area. Thank you

I have been attending physiotherapy sessions with Evangelos Nomikos for recovery on my ruptured Achilles tendon where I required surgery for almost 6 months. I must say the care I received was of the highest quality. The attention and support I was given to get myself back walking, running and playing sports again was the best. I highly recommend to anyone needing physio sessions to use Ascenti and especially Evangelos. Thank you buddy, much appreciated.

I’ve been seeing my pysio Sarfaraz since January. He is absolutely fantastic and a real credit to the company. He has helped me with my back pain and neck pain and increasing mobility.
He’s so friendly. Caring and amazing at his job. Through his help I have been able to move forward and recover he gives me excersises specially targeted towards the area of concern. So grateful for him and all the help he’s given me.

I was referred to Ascenti after a car accident and had a few months of physio with Ioannis. When we started I could barely move and Ioannis worked so hard to build back up my movement and confidence to get my back into my normal routine!! Great, friendly, super knowledgeable sessions that I would definitely recommend.

Ascenti are difficult to get hold of on the phone... I have ended up waiting for 30mins to talk. Their physio sessions are too short be of any meaning value. Half hour ones have been shortened to 25mins, with too much talk and any meaningful treatment be about 7 or 8 mins. Don't waste your money ...

I had been suffering for many weeks with a knee injury that prevented me from sleeping for 5 weeks. I initially went through the NHS and felt i was just being passed from Clinician to Clinician.
I was then referred to Ascenti through AXA. I started my physio at the Stamford clinic under Physiotherapist Divya Gadhiya. Divya was brilliant from my first session, knowledgeable and compassionate and I could tell that she really took an interest in my injury and wanting to find a solution. Within the first week of starting my treatment, my pain level went from a 10 to a 2. I gained flexibility and confidence in using my leg. Each week, i went from strenght to strength. I cannot thank Divya enough for how she has helped me achieve so much in such a short period. I would truly recommend her and the Ascenti program. Paul Mott
