Disappointed with Ascendic rowing machine 6001
I bought the Ascendic rowing machine 6001 and experienced problems with it from the very start. I contacted Ascendic directly and have over several conversations send them pictures and videos to show them the problem I experienced. They advised me to strap the bands and polish some of the parts of the machine. They said it would work better as this is what helped other customers as well. Honestly nothing helped and as this is something other customer also experienced, it seems to be a recurring problem. I therefore recommend not to buy this rowing machine as for its price it does not live up to it!

I am very sorry, that you have had this experience.
We always try to help our customers, and make sure their products are fully functional. From time to time problems occur with our products, and then we use our knowlede of past errors to help customers fix their problem. This does however not mean, that it is commen for our products to be faulty, and it is certainly not acceptable, that a customer has a faulty product.
I have looked at the pictures and the videos you previously send us, and will suggest, that you try and remove the rope from the coil (the spinning wheel) and then place it back on it again. If this does not work please contact us at info@ascendic.se, and we will help you the best way we can.
