Very friendly people and extremely helpful. Had excellent tuition on riding a tricycle. Good quality product and nice to see that it's made in Britain.

My bike stopped working when out a few days ago. The motor was still functioning but there was no power assistance. I called AS Bikes and explained the problem. They immediately identified the issue and sent me a replacement sensor, with instructions for installation, together with a crank tool which I was asked to return, even including the money for the return. This was amazing, excellent service, especially as I had bought the bike second hand; they were still helpful, prepared to assist and quick in their response. I cannot recommend then highly enough. Had a problem with the trike, just a small part that nobody else could supply. Phoned AS bikes, explained situation, they were more than happy to book us in to repair it. We showed up at their premises in Coventry, within half hour problem was sorted. They even took the opportunity to give the bike the once over & adjusted the brakes etc. Both people we saw were very friendly & chatty 10/10. So happy to be back on the road .Thanks from Theresa.

Lovely bikes and really friendly family business.
A couple small issues but they are being sorted very quickly and with no fuss.
Looking forward to getting a lot of use on these when motorhoming.

Visited A S Bikes at Exeter Motorhome exhibition and found exactly the bikes we were looking for. Well engineered compact folding electric bikes which ride well in normal or assisted mode. The family are obviously passionate about their products, experienced and helpful. We bought a pair of the Mark lll bikes at a good price and refreshingly with no extras - rack, lights, mudguards and toolkit all included and bonus goodies added. Excellent product and service. Well done!!

AS bikes are an absolutely brilliant proper company to deal with, we’ve had 3x 20” wheels models and are just upgrading to the 26” versions. Nothing is too much trouble for them to sort whenever we’re at any of the Warner’s Motorhome shows. The whole now extended family are a joy to speak to whenever we see them.

Absolutely 1st class customer service. Bought a fold up bike last May and developed an issue with the electrics. Without hesitation they collected it fixed the issue, returned it by courier, had even cleaned and serviced it. Excellent bikes and after sales service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have owned a large wheel folding ASbikes for several years. It is light and practical, easily fits in the boot of my car and is really well made.
I recently had a problem with the bike. In spite of the age of the bike the response and support from ASbikes was superb. It is now sorted and back in use.

I can’t say enough good things about AS Bikes. Their products are excellent and so is their service. I purchase the folding e-trike in June 2023. Sam and her dad couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive. The first trike arrived damaged by the courier company and Sam sent out a replacement immediately and arranged for the damaged one to be collected. They’ve helped me all along the way with my questions and giving fantastic support. AS Bikes has restored my faith that good and ethical companies can still be found. Massive A* from me!

We bought two Electrobike Plus three years ago because they were foldable and with 26” wheels. They were also keenly priced. Since then we have used them extensively whilst away in our caravan and at home, and they have attracted much admiration. Both fit in the car with the back seats down, no mucking about with racks. We are delighted, especially as the after sales service is excellent and the staff are always happy to help.

I went to AS Bikes a couple of days ago with my old E bike bought from there a few yrs ago to get it tested. The young lady that helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful. My bike is now back to normal and working perfectly. Thank you

I’m so glad I bought my lovely electric tricycle from these guys. Not only is my trike beautiful and superbly designed, but AS Bikes go over and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Great products and a great company! Also should mention that both their bikes and trikes are folders, and the rear wheels on the trike fold inwards, to get through or into narrow spaces. So handy for transporting in our car. Many thanks AS Bikes, you’re stars!

What an amazing family run concern.
About 12 years ago we apprehensively bought ourselves our first electric bikes from AS bikes.
What a great decision it proved to be.
We have always had great follow up help, service and advice from the family.
Many places offer electric bikes now, but we know that AS bikes will always be there for us, for the foreseeable future, which is very reassuring.
This family run company is genuinely interested in giving amazing service. We whole heartedly recommend this company to anybody thinking of purchasing an electric bike.

So nice to find a Family run business that cares about their customers We purchased our first bike from them in 2011! We popped into the workshop and were so impressed by the help we received The bikes we bought are still going well and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

My wife and I, purchased our electric bikes 5 years ago, what we loved was the no pressure approach to sales, we felt comfortable looking, getting good advice from Peter and his team. We continued looking, and eventually found there was only one company that we wanted to buy from.
We wanted 26” wheels, but my wife being 5.1 tall looked a problem, Peter resolved that by agreeing to build with a lower saddle and bringing the handlebars forward to suit her. Since then we have used them at home, and all over Europe, at the motorhome shows Peter or one of his staff will happily service the bikes while we wait. No other company in our experience could provide any better service,
I could go on for hours, but that’s why there is not need to advertise, word of mouth praise is always best.

I originally purchased an e-bike but found that my balance wasn’t that great so I further went onto purchase an E-trike. My husband had the E-bike, both great items.

The team have been great, there was a small problem with a joint. They worked with me and my husband to fix the problem and even gave us some spare parts and extras due to the issue. Now I have an amazing E-trike to go out and have fun on! Thank you to the team.
