A CCTV camera inspection was carried out at my address after I could smell waste in my home, Matt was very helpful and talked me through the whole process, he also sent over a report the same day and helped with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend him to anyone drain related issues

ASAP Drainage were fantastic from start to finish! We had a collapsed pipe, and their team quickly found the problem and recommended installing a new drain liner. The work was carried out efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail.

Everyone on the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they were doing throughout the process. They arrived on time, kept everything tidy, and made sure the job was completed to a high standard.

ASAP did a survey of our drains and promised to supply video of the problem as we needed this to give to the water company whose responsibility it is to remedy the problem. We paid the full £354 survey cost on the day but have not received the video despire numerous calls and messages. Unfortunately the company cannot be trusted.

Wow wow wow I was out of the country and everything got blocked my husband was home and tried to sort and managed to loose the end off the rods to make the situation worse! matt turned up within a few hours and sorted everything for me! Matt was great I would highly recommend!!

Initially quick to respond but failed to complete the work they charged for, despite continuous chasing. In the end I have to pay someone else to complete the work. I would not use them again!

Employed to install 150mm patch liner in June. Two follow-up appointments booked as work appeared ineffective and problems persisted. Matt of ASAP never turned up for the two appointments and then stopped answering my calls and emails. I paid him £300. The work should have been guaranteed but when I reviewed the invoice it referred to "blockages" which were nothing to do with the works undertaken and did not guarantee the parts fitted or work undertaken.

On the 27th January 2020, I paid Matthew Roberts of ASAPdrainage.com £165 for a CCTV drain survey and report. The survey was required as part of Party Wall Award with my neighbour. He did the survey and I paid him the £165 agreed fee, and he told me that he would email me the report and CCTV clip in a few days.
He has to date sent me nothing. I have contacted him by phone, email and text at least a dozen times. He keeps apologising and saying that he will definitely send it.
He has taken my money and I have absolutely nothing in return. He is a rogue trader and I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.
I will also be reporting them to trading standards.
