Great customer service
Very well organised, transport was ready for both makkah and medina Airport pickup
Hotel check in was organised, although room allocation should be better organised if possible for large groups with children to be placed next to each other
Ziyarat tour maybe use other visual propts for younger children to understand different places
Umra tawaf guide need to be clear and loud for group but overall alhamdullilah great experience

We booked a family Umrah with As Safar. Our experience was unrivalled. Service was spectacular. Staff was available at all times. Ready to guide. Helpful in all situations, always in a calm, polite and courteous manner. Their service made the difference for us and was the biggest take away.

Omar Faruk was the travel agent assigned to us and he was fantastic. Available at all times. Very helpful and patient with any questions we had.

Siam & Mahbub were the ground staff assisting in Makkah. Both were very helpful and again, available at all times. Very reassuring, proactive, polite, courteous and respectful.

Shafiq was the ground staff assisting us in medina. You'll see a trend here, he was available at all times, very helpful, proactive, polite, courteous and respectful.

Road transit arranged by As Safar was comfortable. The Umrah guide we were provided was good, knowledgeable, polite, respectful, patient and most importantly guided us according to the Sunnah.

The trip was very good. I would highly for you to go. I think that the visits of different places in Makkah and madina was very interesting. Personally, I might go inshaAllah. The organisers were very friendly and communicated very well with everyone.

They look after us Very as soon we arrived to makkah. They made our umrah very easy especially the tour guide makkah and madina.

Alhamdulillah my family and I have just returned from our second Umrah trip. When booking we didn’t hesitate to use As-Safar again as we had the best experience two years ago. Brother Bashir provided a package perfect for our requirements and brothers Shofique and Mahbub and sister Rajina were always on hand for anything we needed assistance with. Also to mention, they use great guides for the ziyarats who are very informative and a special thanks to the brother who guided us through our Umrah. He was so patient and helpful throughout.

My family and I have just arrived in Medina from Makkah. Great service so far. Staff have been very attentive and accessible. In particular, Siam Uddin has been exceptional. He’s gone over and above his requirements and has made sure our experience in Makkah has been the best it can. Alhamdulillah.

Alhamdulillah it was a very stressfree and beautiful trip for Umrah. We went from Germany for the first time and did not know anything. Very grateful for the guides in Medinah as well as in Mekka who guided us everywhere and took care of all our needs as their own. Their knowledge about spiritual sightseeings, convenient markets/restaurants nearby as well as their constant presence helped us greatly to be stressfreee during all the spiritual practices in Medinah and Mekka. They got never tired answering our questions and also accompanied us to the airport till the end to be sure everything went smoothly. Also while performing Umrah or praying at all the special mosques they were with us and made sure that we can do it easily and correctly. So really thankful for being surrounded by these incredible ground stuff (Sister Rojhina, Brother Shafique and Mahbub).
Beyond that also special thanks to Mr. Bashir Ahmed & Abu Esa who constantly got in touch with us to know if everything was fine and if we were taken care of.

A huge stress reliver was also that all the Visa matters and transportation matters was taken care by Flyvue Travel and As-Safar.

Overall it was a very special, relaxing and a well organized journey. I would highly recommend you choosing Flyvue Travel & As-Safar if you want a comfortable and peaceful Umrah or Hajj (and especially if it is your first time there).

Alhamdulilah as safar made my trip very easy and gave clarity on every step of the way. I’ve never had any issues and the package was more than satisfactory. If I get another invite to do umrah inShaAllah I’d definitely go to as safar for my planning

The professionalism, good adaab, aklaaq and going above and beyond. Cant put into words just how greatful i am. The trip was for a youth group which my son joined, but as he is my mahram, i asked if they could organise my travel with him, and book my accommodation which they did. My nephew also went, and later his mum joined me too. They didnt have to do this. They had to ensure that our sons always travelled with us which is going above and beyond. Adding extra vehicles and guides (female) to support us was not in the package, all this was extra. They even tried to get us the best deals for price and gave us naseeha, we handt planned to visit masjid Quba, but they insistent that it was so reward able to do and again they organised demale staff for us. They even the same speaking language for my sister in law for the guidelines of how to preform umrah. Literally in debt to this groups organisers. May Allah grant them jannahtul ferrdous and give them reward like no other. Ameen.

**AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH AS-SAFAR TRAVEL **
Alhumdulillah we had a truly memorable and very well managed umrah experience for the very first time in our life with AS-SAFAR travel.our 11days trip was smoothly arranged from beginning to end.we stayed 4 days in madina and 7days in makkah.
I can’t thank the AS-SAFAR team enough for their support and guide all the way through our trips.The ziarah tour in both holy cities were also very special and memorable.
Couple of people name I have to mention who made our whole trip is amazing brother Bashir (uk) ,Brother jamal,Brother md shafiqul islam (madinah) and uncle siam (makkah).A huge thank yous all for your special care,support and guide all the way from start to end of our journey..The whole team was very helpful,kind and knowledgeable.

Alhamdullilah this was my first time going for Umrah and it was an experience of a lifetime. I had travelled with a big family staying in Medina and Makkah 5 days each. I genuinely believe my experience would not have been the same without flyvue Travel. The planning and arrangement was perfectly carried out I honestly could not think of a single complaint I had. The amount of care and professionalism along with knowledge of Islam the guides had were unmatched. The ziarah in both city’s were truly amazing I learned a great ordeal. Every single aspect of my trip was tremendous.
