Fast shipping from Spain to the US, a great quality product with a lot of character!

The shoe size fits smaller than expected, while the fit is quite wide.

I was searching sooo long for a vegan alternative to nike airforce and this shoe hits it perfectly. It is so comfortable and looks even nicer than NA - also the free delivered stickers are a very nice goody to have 🥰

It came fast but it's a little too small for my 8.5" feet

I have paid extra delivery service to get my snikers in 72 hours. It is over 120...they are not arriving

The costumer support really needs improvement, complicated return procedures, bad communication, messages in Spanish although I am obviously an non-spanish costumer. After I had received the wrong size and had sent back the package, I received several emails asking where the returned package was and that I need to hurry up, although I had sent it back a week ago and had already sent them proof. Emails aren’t responded promptly so that after 4 weeks of back and forth for buying a pair of sneakers I was not interested anymore, although I am vegan for nearly 10 years and have always been supporting vegan businesses since day one. Sorry Arze, but that’s not the way an online business can work.

Sneakers arrived within a good delivery timeframe! They were packaged minimally, which is great! It took a few days to break them in, but I’m flat-footed so that might have something to do with it. I love the shape and size of them, not too narrow and they feel comfortable to walk in now.

I can’t received my purshase in a store and I want to exchange them but I only can with the same article

I found that the shoes don't have perfectly fitting insoles. It's like they are one size smaller and therefore I can feel gaps on the sides and that bothers me while walking. Because I bought shoes that won't be produced anymore in the future, they told me to buy insoles myself. Which don’t do the trick either. They will not give my money back. Most disappointed customer service I’ve seen in years!

Product is as displayed on the website. Only size-help could be optimezed? Shoes are a bit larger than expected.
Vegan and sustainable shoes are always a bit more "stiff", so one needs to work harder to make them take the shape of your feet. I expected this, but it's always good to know for those who never bought a vegan/sustainable pair!

My daughter requested a pair of Arze sneakers for Christmas. I ordered her usual size yet they were too big in this brand. I have tried to contact them via calling, texting and emailing per the instructions on their website. I have received no response after so many attempts.
