Completely disorganized and shady practices

Didn’t advertise print had not even been produced yet.

Billed credit card 3 months before print was produced.

Constant delays. Requested not to ship without warning due to travel and signature required they sent anyway. No phone support.

Seems they have also shipped parent’s order to my address too instead of their address in another state.

I would recommend not dealing with them at all.

Fraud: Don't Waste Your Money

The piece I received, was not as advertised. Not only did the piece have a white border around it, but the border was larger on the sides, than top/bottom, print was crooked on the sheet, and even with the wide side white borders, it was still 2 inches smaller in width than described. I ordered a custom frame for the print based on the size in the description and now I'm out of money for the frame and for what appears to be a fake "limited edition print."

Still waiting for my artwork

Promised to ship in 10 to 14 business days. 24 business days later (and counting), I have not yet received my artwork, and the customer service has gone silent on my last email, so I have no clue if my artwork is on its way, or if my money is just gone. I’d love to believe this is a reliable service and that they are trying their hardest, but this is probably my first and my last purchase here.

They overbill .....

I bought an item from a partner. Artspace billed taxes even that We do NOT pay taxes when send inside Europe. I have NOT got an explanation

Packaging was terrible pieces came a bit mangled no protection around each piece. Didn't treat the pieces like art work

Was not that happy with the delivery of packages. Love the concept but packaging must be better and protect the art with some type of protection. I buy from other on line art dealers and the art come mounted and framed in mount board protected edges and certification all taped to the back. This look as if everything was just thrown together. No respect or love for the work

A first order from Artspace.

Ordering for delivery to France was simple.
Products arrived in good time, although package had been opened nothing had been damaged.
The Miro cushions are beautiful!

Missing certificate and signatures

The shipping was correct but it is missing the certificates of autenticy and signatures, also the photo size are not correct once the is a big white margin that makes the pic smaller than the discription.

Great customer service

When you buy something trough a web page, you may feel that there is no actual humans to interact with in case that you need some asistance, but is just an ilusion, their customer service was great, quick, friendly and efective. Good to know that you're not alone

Artwork arrived in pristine condition

This was my first purchase from Artspace and I am very happy with the service and communication with the team. The piece I purchased is a limited edition photograph which I also had framed, I'm happy with the framing, it's also of perfect quality and framed to conservation standards.

Artspace is dazzling and reliable!

I love the work I bought on Artspace!

I recommend making a cutout of the size listed so you can put the template out in the space you're planning to put the piece in. That's my main issue with buying art from an online seller
