Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly during our Umrah, and we had no issues with our hotels. Highly recommended!

brilliant service from Ahsan bhai from booking the umrah trip, he made sure everything was spot from the flights, to the hotels to tour guide in Saudi. he anwserd any questions I was unsure of. and throughout my trip whilst I was in Saudi he made sure I was okay. thank you for all of your help with my umrah trip.

Brilliant service from Ahsan from start to finish from booking the umrah trip , visas, flights, transfers, hotels, zayarats everything was spot on. Just returned from our umrah trip with AR travels and it has been amazing, great service from start till end. Ahsan helped us pick the best hotels that were close to the haram in both Makkah and Madinah, and having all our transport included in the package made life there much easier, one thing to note that if your Urdu is not great you’ll struggle to communicate well with the drivers but other than that the transport service there was great and generally on time. Great company and very well priced package trips, this is our first time using AR Travels and I have already recommended them to many family and friends for their next umrah trips.

Amazing service from the start to the finish. Hotels in Makkah convenient location. Transport arrived in time for pickup from the airport. Madeena hotel 2 mins away from haram. Again transport from Madeena to airport arrived on time. Drivers kept in touch throughout the stay. Def would recommend A R travel. Can’t wait to book my next umrah

We’ve used AR Travel for over 20 years. They’ve been superb. Their service, knowledge and pricing is one of the best in the city. One phone call is all it takes and they take care of everything, it’s really worth it.

We booked our 10 day Umrah 2024 trip with AR Travel & Tours and Alhomdolliah the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The package was tailored to our needs and all our bespoke requirements were accommodated with no issues.

The transport for airport transfers and ziyarats were very well organised with each driver contacting us in advance of pick ups and were all on time. AR Travels’ team of people on the ground in both Makkah and Medina were incredibly friendly and humble but also informative of the things we were going to do and see. They really went out of their way to accommodate our needs and nothing was an issue for them if we wanted to change plans or go to other places.

The communication between Shahid at AR Travel and his team looking after us in Madinah and Makkah was excellent. We didn’t have to chase or call, the customer service was exemplary. They really made sure we were well looked after, checking in on us daily throughout our entire stay.

Thank you AR Travel & Tours and especially Shahid for organising a trip of a life time for us considering it was our first time and understandably apprehensive. Shahid reassured us throughout the planning stage and that gave us confidence and we can now look back and say it was perfectly planned and ran smoothly throughout. Alhamdolillah.
