Simply awful. I never received the print itself which cost me £80. However it was marked delivered over a week ago. I contacted customer service for tracking link and proof of delivery, no response whatsover. What a scam of a company. Avoid!
I received a canvas which is not straight so can't hang it up because it looks very bad on a wall as it's not a proper rectangle...i've submitted a claim and they have gone awol since...no phone number to get a hold of them and they don't answer emails...such a waste of money
I read that this page was a scam after purchase a poster.
I almost sue Artprinta because the parcel's id tracker didn't match in the international GLS page.
But finally I have received the parcel.
I guess it is more a GLS problem than ArtPrinta's.
I ordered and paid for an art print online from this company. The print did not arrive and they have not responded to my emailed enquiry. I believe this is a scam website, and they have stolen my money. Beware, the website looks beautiful.
