The product exceeded my expectations and communication was excellent. Their staff even noticed that I could have packaged some items, into a bundle to save some money. They notified me of the savings and refunded the difference automatically. Top notch move! Then they added a ‘free gift’. What!!!!

A very special gift.
The coasters I ordered are fantastic. I can not wait to give them to my girls. They photos are of our beloved cat who recently passed away so no doubt there will be tears. Such a special keepsake, not your average photo in a frame.
Everything was packaged really well and there was no chance anything would break in transit. Love the wooden stands I ordered too. These special gifts will NOT be used as coasters but as art on display. I have wanted to order something from this Canadian company for years and now I have and would 100% do it again!

It was easy to upload the photo. I was notified when the trivet I ordered was being shipped. The company is generous and included a gift (actually 2) which was much appreciated. I like the burlap bag that the products came in. I am giving them as a gift so it is an attractive way to present them.
