Not only am I over the moon with the quality of their products, I also recently had the best customer service experience of my life.
I needed a rush on a special order for an out of state event and they were able not only to finish the entire order but ship it overnight for minimal extra cost.
The products are beautiful, exactly as I had hoped and the whole experience was handled professionally and with kindness. I couldn't be more pleased.

I’ve been working with Art of Where for several years, because the quality of their products, as well as their customer service, is excellent. I also appreciate that this is an ethically-minded company, which treats its employees well. My artwork is showcased fabulously on their products in vivid color and detail, and I’m grateful to be working with them.

So far my experiences with this company has been all positive. A Canadian company that seems to emphasize natural fabrics and local production. I have tried other print on demand services and have stuck with this company for their quality products and service.

First ever order with them shipped late. They said there was a printing problem, but the communication was non-existent, even when I asked if it was on track.
After it went late, and etsy dinged me for not shipping on time, they did explain that it was a print quality issue and they had to remake the item.
For me, I've chosen to not list their items any more. It's a shame because the products seem really nice.

Very Unprofessional. First of all, they used a 'Used damaged box that you can see there was a big sticker torn off the surface on the box" to send a silk scarf.
This company cannot care to reply at all once they took your order. I use Art of Where for my design collection online shop. Through tracking, I found my orders were drop ship on the way to a wrong country, Art of Where did not respond for many days and sometimes not even respond at all. Or when they did, there's no real content or direct answer. It took me many times over 2 weeks to to confirm the shipping address. The items were still in wrong country since I was not the sender, Art of Where did not even care to follow up for me. They never offer further help or anything at all. They were the one send the package. I could not directly contact the shipping company at all. My customer have been waiting for over 2 months already. And when I contacted again, Art of where never reply me anymore. What kind of business is this? I do not think they are capable of being supplier for shop owner. It ruin shop owner's reputation and provide no support as supplier. Not even a decent respond. I have been in business for very long time with many suppliers and never seen any business that unprofessional before. I will never use them again.
Customer support is a serious obstacle to using this POD company. Response time takes days including trying to dialog with follow up. You go to the back of the wait line. Calling for urgent matters doesn't work after being on hold for 2 hours repeatedly with no toll free number.
If an order is held up for some reason, no one contacts you. For example, international orders won't go out without a phone number. Never knew that and Etsy integration didn't pull that info to process the order.
Quality of products is inconsistent and am still waiting for follow up on stitching tearing out on tote straps. That was over a week ago, but I consider it urgent since meanwhile defective totes are shipping out to my dropshipping customers.
This company needs better infrastructure staffing to manage their production and order processing. I don't recommend using them, as tempting as their products look, unless you want regular frustration.
I have been working with Art of Where for about a year to produce many of the products on my Etsy shop, and I am very pleased overall with the quality of the printing and customer care. I love how nicely my products come packaged, with my card included. The colors on my products are vibrant, and the fabrics are beautiful. I am very pleased with the silk scarves, the duvet covers and the bags, but I may also introduce some beanies into my shop, as I've tried a few and they are very comfy.
I appreciate that it is a small shop that really seems to care about using eco-friendly processes and materials. It makes me proud to be partnering with them. It is a very different experience than the bigger production companies, turnaround times may be longer but the quality is better.
So far I am happy with the service. The quality is high. The packaging is very simple, but I don't need a box. It protects. It comes with care instructions. It takes two weeks to get to Europe.
I ordered two custom printed scarves, one in silk and one in polyester satin. I wanted to try their products in order to sell scarves with my designs in the future. The poly satin scarf is ok. The quality is good and the printing nice. But the silk scarf is just awful. The fabric is very stiff, doesn't feel like silk at all, the colors are dull, and when I took it to dry clean all the dark colors fade staining the lighter areas!
I do not recommend buying anything from them.
