I'd give them zero stars if I could

I ordered 3 items 21st November it's 28th December and still no goods. They took weeks to even ship the items and I eventually got tracking updates from DHL but they suddenly stopped so I emailed the company several times over 2 or 3 weeks and was ignored. I then went on website to submit an enquiry using their form, had an autoreply to say someone will get in touch but then had a delivery failed a few days later, it's as if they've blocked my email! So I've left unhappy comments on their insta posts, send DM and I've had to go through PayPal dispute to get my £82 back. Absolutely appalling customer service. Stay clear!
