My order never arrived.
The company couldn't help and the intended delivery company said they hadn't received it.

Never ended up getting my product. Contacted them and they said that it was delivered and there was nothing they could do.

Was at the beginning of Pandemic. Order came in half and I had to do another order which also came in half. It was later resolved after informed Paypal.

I’ve always had the best of experiences with artnaturals, the website, emails, and staff. Never understood being blocked on Twitter, however that’s not important to me! Their products are! So I love the oils and everything from this site but my stuff all came broken and they are tiny bottles so basically did not have any Zen oil at all. I tried contacting someone but nobody could help me so I am out money and oils. Normally they package everything appropriately and there are no issues hopefully this never happens again but right now I will be looking at other vendors to see how others are.

I ordered two bottles of hand sanitizer early in the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020.
I received the 2 bottles and one of them had a faulty pump, rendering the contents inaccessible and useless. I made numerous attempts by email, telephone and text message to get than bottle replaced by art naturals, all to no avail. To this day (June 11 2021), I have not been helped or had the bottle replaced.

Always friendly and welcoming. Great way to purchase via the phone what I need. I would recommend anyone to check out artnaturals!

Very expensive, I didn't feel anything special in product.

Package was damaged during shipment and returned to the facility. They never re-shipped or refunded. I waited for you to do the right thing. I called and was told too bad. Now I'm $50 out and no product.

Horrible customer service. Received product 5 months after purchase date. Unreliable, rude representatives, and a purchase I will NEVER make again.

I love this hand lotion smells so good and so light ... I will definitely be ordering again

I ordered fragrance-free soap. The soap is probably fragrance-free. But when I opened the box, a stench leapt out at me. These soaps must have been stored with fragranced items. I guess the packaging absorbed it. I can even bring this product in the house! It is outside in the sun airing out. Please! When a customer orders something that is fragrance-free, please make sure that not only the product but the packaging is also fragrance-free. Find separate storage so they don't become contaminated.

I've used about 30 of your essential oil bottles over two years. Some are better than others. Some you only need 1-2 drops (Patchouli) others POUR out 20 drops (Lime) at a time. I have a small room diffuser and I think I need to get a larger one for a larger room. Will continue to support you. Thanks!

Very bad business

I ordered your products and have been very very pleased.
I have a a medical history of seasonal allergies.
I was taking an oral decongestant and a nasal spray. Both bothered me. I felt drowsy and sleepy.
In over a year I have used your products and have only used the oral medication and nasal spray three times.

It didn’t do ANYTHING! Snake oil!

Product was awful, customer service was worse. No answers, no compassion. The product was old, misdelivered and left a weird waxy residue.

Love your products! Essential oils, hand sanitizer - all great values!

The worst hand sanitizer ever. It smelled horrible. Paid for a big pack and ended up throwing it all out. And this was during the pandemic.
