Terrible Customer Service

I lost a whole week of work because of this company. I ordered 15 sheets of Awagami editioning Bamboo Select, which was shown as "in stock" on their website. After 5 days someone contacted me to say they were waiting on 1 sheet of paper and they'd send my order Express Post when it arrived. Because I was in the middle of a job, I elected to have the order sent minus the missing sheet. They did send it the next day (although there was plenty of time to send it on the same day) and now I'm waiting until some time next week for it to arrive. I found them frustrating, unhelpful and quite rude and really can't recommend them. This was my first time trying them as a supplier and I won't be using them again. They're just too unreliable and they made the whole thing unnecessarily stressful. I still don't understand why they took 5 days to contact me about the problem and there's not much excuse for accepting an order when you don't have the supplies to fill it.
