Terrible service. Waited weeks still haven’t received any confirmation or replies to my emails. If they don’t deliver soon I will be cancelling my order

Order placed in October, after 2 months still not receive the item.

Email sent, no one reply.

Hopeless Customer service.

Would like to ask for refund.

Still have not received the painting I ordered after over 9 months of waiting. Many emails (with a few, rare, replies) but no resolution. Truly awful customer service.

I placed an order and then realised within a few hours that I hadn't measured correctly and needed to cancel. I have sent 6 separate emails and also tried to contact them on Instagram. The only contact details they provide is an email addres and you cannot get a reply to anything from them. After several weeks they've decided to ship the artwork to me, despite all of the requests to cancel the order. Appalling customer service and I'll now be forced to dispute the payment with my card issuer.

We purchased a painting and when we received it, we realized it doesn't look as good as the image on the website. We have been chasing the Artisterial team to exercise our return and refund option for two weeks now. Artisterial simply ignore all emails/FB messages.
I suggest avoiding buying from this supplier.

I'm have placed my order on October 31st and haven't received it yet (December 7th). I have tried to contact the company that says the costumer service is 24/7 by email 3x and never received a reply. I really wish to get my artwork, however it looks like I will need to find a way to get my refund. What a disappointment!

You have not honoured delivery of the painting that i purchased more than 3 months ago.
Pls do not cheat customers by delay tactics, just refund my money!

I paid for art 2 months now,they ignored my communication and I have lost $459.
Reviews are fakes for sure.
Please don't lose your money. After One Month of waiting on 9th November 2021 Michelle sent me an email saying tomorrow we will ship your art work today is 5th December 2021 nothing was sent. Ever since my emails are ignored.
Definitely a scam!!!! Watch out.

Product was never delivered. Payment not refunded and E-Mails do not get answered!

No customer service at all - neither at mail nor at social media.

Foolishly I didn't do due-dilligence on this company prior to ordering several pieces from them at a cost of approx £1,800. Have since seen several other people have experienced the same thing. I cancelled my order with them the same day and after sending mulktiple emails, I have heard nothing back from them at all... I am sure they will reply here with the same cut and paste message blaming it on being really busy but you get zero response from info@artist****.com

Obviously paying for good and average reviews to dampen out the people they have scammed..

Still no reply from anyone at your company in over 48 hours, so I am thinking your company is a complete scam and you have stolen my money.

I have the right to withdrawal from this purchase and have cancelled this order so please acknowledge the cancellation and refund my card.

I ordered a set of 2 gold framed art prints. I received one gold and one black. I have emailed several times with no response, have tried to contact via instagram several times and received one reply to contact via email with no follow up. It has been over one month and i just want my artwork to be swapped with the correct frame

Decent product for the very reasonable price. Slight delay in delivery but they communicated well with me when the time came to make delivery to unusual destination. Thanks.

the piece was supposed to arrive in 5-8 days and instead it was 15+ days. Never received a tracking#. Also, I was told the piece would be done at a custom size, and then received it and it was the wrong size after waiting all that time! Sent an email about this whole disappointing experience and asked for assistance to make it right, and heard nothing back. Brutal.

This is a fraud don’t buy from them !!!

They took my money, never delivered the product and after I asked to cancel my order after few months of waiting they sent me an email saying that I will refunded my money but if course they didn’t

I have a bad esperience with Artisterial.  I've ordered my pictures on second november and today I'm still waiting for them. I've wrote 2 email last days without feedback.

I bought 3 pieces, 2 were framed and 1 unframed.

While the art was the same, the technique and colours were vastly different. They look like poor imitations of the 'original' on the website.

Ordering all the way from Singapore and was anticipating good stuff but sadly, was disappointed.

Will not ever order again.

The paintings received are not worth the money. They are amateur quality.
Im very disappointed.

Painting arrived in good time and I love it! very beautiful!!!
