had a great experience using the hardware from artisan. Really good instructions and easy to install. I would definitely recommend them in the future for their hardware kits.

I have ordered 3 sets of barn door hardware from Artisan and I can saw that it is of the highest quality. Can you get the hardward cheaper on line? Absolutely, but would I NEVER. I know what I'm getting and it isn't junk. You can order the bar in whatever lenght you need it so it's a single piece not like others where you have to connect two 4 footers to get 8, you catch my drift. Worth the money. I'm getting ready to order a fourth one!

Great company to work with, fabulous hardware! We have a very heavy custom oak door, which was matched with the Huxley barn door hardware, perfect fit.

We don’t have it up yet. But I can say the pieces are well made. Customer service is great too. I decided after I placed my order that I needed a longer rail to accommodate a larger door and they made the change without any issues. This is the only Hardware I found where the wheels were not made of plastic. They are metal.

I ordered a distressed wood barn door. When I hung it and tried to roll it closed the bolts holding the rollers gouged a huge gash in the drywall. The bolts were an inch and a half longer than they need to be. I went to the store and got the correct length to fix the problem. Once it was rolling and closing correctly I thought I had hung it crooked. When I got out the level to double check my railing I found the the door is almost an inch out of square. It is a large door but I assumed they would have at least been able to make square. Very upset that I wasted $2500. with these guys!

Overall the product was good. There are some issues with fit and finish (holes in door guides and roller brackets were not counter sunk for the flathead screws provided) and the installation instructions did not include some pertinent dimensions. The illustrations could be better as well. When I contacted customer service they didn't seem to know much more than I did about the installation process.

Ordered hardware for existing interior barn doors. Everything arrived on time and in great condition. I even made a mistake on a selection and they were super responsive in allowing me to reorder only the one part and shipped it quickly. Looks amazing and install was a breeze with their step by step instructions + videos.

Very pleased with Artisan Hardware company. We ordered the sliding barn door track. It was made in the USA and extremely well made. It exceeded our expectations. We had one issue which was no fault of theirs and they helped me work through the issue and didn't even charge us for the extra parts that had to be sent out to make our application work. I would recommend Artisan Hardware to anyone looking for sliding door hardware.

I have three sliding door sets in my home now. The hardware from Artisan is high quality and has added much beauty to my doors.

Ordered the Industrial Panel Barn Door and Vintage Strap hardware along with soft closure system. Artisan kept me apprised on the status of my order all through the process of delivery. This door weighs 120#s and when created for delivery weighs in at about 375#s. The items was packaged well for delivery and arrived in perfect shape. Since I was in process of remodeling I was not able to open the package until nearly a month after delivery. Once opened I realized I should have ordered the flush pull given the weight of the door and the location it would be installed in. Decided to install flush pulls myself and called Artisan and talked with David and he provided me with information on thickness of the steel and construction of the door and described how they add a flush pull. Given this information and after a little practice with my Dremal tool I installed 2 Emtek 7 inch pulls slightly offset from one another on each side of the door that my contractor installed at the entrance to the master bath. Having installed the flush pulls I can state the construction of this door is excellent. The door is a stunning and a beautiful accent to our bedroom. The door hardware was well done, easy to install and works well. Given the doors weight and friction induced by the door groove contacting the guide rail at some points the soft closure system was not needed. As we open and close the door the points in the door groove that contacted the floor mounted guide have worn down reducing resistance. All who have seen the door once installed have have commented on how great it looks.
