I ordered a hamper online, but it did not arrive on time, because of this late delivery several perishable food items inside had already spoiled by the time the package arrived.
When I contacted customer service , their response was incredibly disappointing. They told me to simply throw away the spoiled items and consume the rest. I find it completely unacceptable to pay full price for a ruined gift, only to be told to sort through off food.
I am highly dissatisfied with this experience. I have requested a full refund and am currently waiting for the company to resolve this properly. I cannot recommend this company based on their poor delivery reliability and shocking customer service.

From choosing the contents of the hamper, to ordering, follow up and prompt delivery, Artisan Deli Market provided a first class service. As it was a gift I can't comment on the products, but when a photo of the cheese loving recipient arrived, holding as many of the cheeses as he could, with a big smile on his face, I didn't doubt I had made the right gift choice. Ordered two of these as gifts and they were packaged perfectly. A great gifting experience overall! It would be incredibly helpful if they could add a small note advising the recipient to refrigerate any perishable items immediately upon opening.

I put together a bespoke hamper and honestly, that was the most fun part. There a vast array of products you can use and it ended up being a lovely selection of foods in a very pretty box. My friends love it!

We live in Ireland, but wanted to send a thoughful gift basket to our friends in the UK to express our sympathies. They absolutely loved the gift basket from Artisan Deli Market. It was great to be able to pick the item ourselves based on what we knew they would like. All the products were high quality and they said were delicious. Delivery was fast too. Highly recommend!

A friend of ours is having a rough time so we wanted to send something to cheer them up. This was the perfect option! We hand picked all the items that we knew they would love and we could control the cost with prices on everything. Especially like that the basket grew with our order. Delivery was next day as promised.
