hi not very good customer service i have called several times left vm sent emails i was told from last week my filter would be delivered on Wednesday 27th not happened . very bad customer service I will be seaking a full refund

Only 1 of 5 plants arrived they don't answer their telephone and the provided email address at bottom of confirmation email does not work.
They are not available to deal with their failure to send correct order. Ive tried calling 3 times on website tel. number, and sent 2 emails both "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender"
My credit card provider is now pursuing a refund.
For the missing items.

Ordered goods online, didn't arrive within 2 weeks. Terrible trouble getting a response from them. Tried contacting via email, no reply, in fact address didn't exist. Tried another email address, no reply. Tried the mobile number twice, no reply. Visited their FB site and messaged them. Finally got a reply via messenger saying I should have got plants already but they'd resend. The "plants" arrived a week later and were the most dismal pathetic bunch of dying vegetation I've ever seen. What can I say, I try to give vendors the benefit of doubt but these guys are taking the proverbial.

Plants died - one was over run with another plant. I had high hopes but no one responded to my polite emails back in July 2025. Shame really as they seemed good? I now also have blanket weed in my pond. Might be coincidental? But the pepper grass had some kind of weed in it. I grew it on a little first but it still died. Have had a nature pond for 1 1 years and have now got to empty it to clean out the blanket weed

I placed an order totalling 75GBP. For 3 litre plants. 1 x 3lt and 1 x 1lt arrived. The most expensive a 3lt Lily did not. The 1 lt was weak and died immediately. I have tried to contact the company on the 2 emails and the phone number but cannot get a reply. They are rip off merchants. Don’t be fooled by the fancy website.

Placed an order on the Artisan Aquatics website for pond plants and two days later received a despatch notification. The plants hadn't arrived after four days so emailed the company to ask for tracking details. They didn't reply so left a message on their website contact form. Still no response. Nine day's later, despite a number of emails to enquire where my order was, I've not received a reply or acknowledgement. Feeling disappointed, ripped-off and angry and would advise prospective purchasers to look elsewhere.
