Have been trying to cancel for over three months and they don’t respond to their email and the phone number doesn’t work. They keep charging me monthly and no merchandise is delivered.

I ordered some prints and a printable bundle, never got the printable bundle. I have sent several messages to them and tried to call the number on their website (number is no good), and can't get ahold of anyone or get a refund on the bundle.

Really neat to give the AI a little bit of a prompt, and then get amazing artwork out the other end! I had some questions about how things worked, and customer support was really prompt.

There's... really nothing quite like these paintings. Go for it!! You won't regret it :-)

My experience with Artifly was great. I dunno whether he looked into my soul or not, but I’d put him on the level of acquaintance. It also provides another excellent avenue to browse through AI generated artwork. I’d like to try it again and see what happens if you like all the pictures.

I’m so in love with my new Artifly print! The colours on the canvas depict the online image perfectly, and the quality of the stretched canvas and frame are 10/10.
It’s also cool knowing that my art piece is an original and that nobody else owns another like it.

I’ve never bought an art piece before but this was a unique experience and I enjoyed how it matched my taste and how I could sort by colour if I wanted certain accents for a room. Highly recommend seeing what it comes up with for your own personal tastes. Can’t wait for mine to come in the mail!

I have really enjoyed having access to unique art that is extremely affordable. My wife and I recently moved into a new home. We both love the pieces we have gotten so far and look forward to adding more in the near future. Customer service has been friendly and the overall purchasing/shipping experience has been pain free.

The website had some backend issues for shipping and such, but this is common and easy to fix. As far as the art goes, it is great! I found a piece that I really enjoy fairly quickly. It doesn't always get my style right away (as I have been back a few times to look at more art), but the tech will evolve and it DID show me pieces of interest. I would definitely suggest it to others. I did receive a free piece for my review.

Unique art, looks great!

Having purchased a couple of pieces of art from the parent company (Art AI), I expected that the quality of the print would be excellent - I was not disappointed. This is my third piece of unique AI-produced art now and it will not be the last. The project itself is very interesting and I particularly like the fact that (in my opinion) it makes unique art more accessible due to the extremely reasonable price tag of these prints - I don't have to pay hundreds (or thousands) of pounds to get a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
The new Artifly service is a great addition to the Art AI portfolio. With Art AI, I often found that a lot of the pieces I really liked had already been snapped up by other buyers. With Artifly, given that the pieces are (supposedly) generated specifically for you, I don't believe that this is an issue any longer.
The software worked very well and is easy to use, with the results immediately containing at least three or four pieces that I really liked. However, I do think it would be good if there was the option to 'reset your progress'. I'm sure you could probably do this by clearing the cookies from your browser, but a dedicated button might be nice. The reason for this is that if you happen to be presented with a selection of pieces that you don't like, you tend to find yourself picking some that are just 'okay' in order to proceed.
The only thing I would have liked to have been better is the communication. I'm not sure if it was just a glitch, but I didn't receive any order confirmation or any shipping notifications. It's definitely not a deal-breaker but it is worth looking at.
All in all, a great service that I will no doubt use again.

This was my first time to explore Artifly, after my previous customer experiences on ArtAIGallery. I was very happy with the smooth logistics, as Artifly supports global shipping without hassle (whereas ArtAIGallery focuses on a limited selection of shipping markets at time of this writing). I consider Artifly a creative & flexible evolution step, next to its parent ArtAIGallery.
Oh yes, i am also very pleased with the quality of my chosen artwork. :)

Artifly's high quality didn't surprise me a bit since I've purchased a number of paintings from ArtAI, but the selection and customization did surprise me. Cajoling the algorithms to tailor paintings to my taste, particularly for this price, provided some exceptional art. It was a lot of fun too!

Cannot say enough good things about Artifly!

Own a few pieces now, and do not see myself stopping purchasing anytime soon. The AI process is fascinating and the cost of the art is incredibly reasonable.

Their art is always a conversation piece when I invite friends over, and I find it is often one of the pieces my eyes draw to first when I walk into my living room!

I never thought I would own 1 piece of museum-quality art and because of ArtAI, I have three. Each is a one of a kind that will never be recreated. How cool is that? With Artifly, I just had a piece made for me based on my taste. I was able to obtain the perfect piece that compliments the three I have. It's amazing to me that they were created by and artificial intelligence and I love them all.

Interesting concept and nice product. It was fun looking through all the different images that were created and there were several that I could have chosen. Very happy with the one I settled on and it arrived within a few days.

I bought a piece of AI artwork from them and they were super productive to buy from. I ordered it and it came well packaged by a fast delivery.
My artwork is called 'Derek Weighthead' and he is of high qualiuty canvas on a balsa? frame. It comes with hanging equipment too and you get a digital certificate to say that he is one of a kind and allll yours.
Would always reccomend that everyone buys AI artwork, I think it is the best art to invest in at the moment, considering the digital trend that is sweeping the world.

It was fun to let the AI take my "likes" and see the results which were all really pleasing to my brain.

This was so much fun! I loved seeing what the AI created for me based on my input of what images I liked. And to top it off, you can filter you responses by color! It only took a minute to get pages of images you can choose from, created just for you! Thank you Artifly!

They are beautiful and I like the idea of them being artificially created. Would love them if they had been produced in high resolution as the finished product is blurry up close.

Mixed feelings about the piece I ordered! I like it and also hate it. At least it's not meh.
